Maison privée avec île tropicale et piscine sur Manasota Key, avec accès à votre propre plage sur le golfe du Mexique et quai de pêche (sans navigation de plaisance) sur Lemon Bay (à moins d’un pâté de maisons de chacun). Piscine récemment rénovée; Maison rénovée avec carrelage partout; Gril à gaz; Patio en treillis avec hamac; Ventilateurs centraux et ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque pièce (ou éteignez la climatisation, ouvrez les fenêtres et écoutez la mer); tous les appareils de cuisine et laveuse / sécheuse; Les lits comprennent un lit king size, un lit queen size, deux lits complets et le canapé-lit gigogne de la véranda fait un lit queen size; Master Suite est connecté à la maison principale, mais a sa propre salle de bain et porte extérieure à un jardin séparé; Jeux, échange de livres, câble, Internet WIFI; Cannes à pêche, vélos de plage, chaises de plage, jouets, etc. entièrement meublé avec ustensiles de cuisine et linge de maison. En tant qu'enseignante, cette maison est très adaptée aux enfants: jeux, jouets, siège d'appoint et pack-n-play. Yoga sur la plage tous les matins, juste une balade à vélo (fournie)! La véranda supérieure sur le garage donne une belle vue sur le golfe. S'il vous plaît noter que notre plage semi-privée est une moyenne d'environ 13 pieds de sable, bien que la plage de sable puisse aller ou venir avec les marées ou les tempêtes: C'est amusant pour la plupart des âges, mais peut ne pas convenir aux jeunes enfants d'être seuls. Le garage contient de nombreux jouets et extras, et peut être utilisé pour abriter vos vélos et / ou votre petite voiture. N'hésitez pas à nous contacter pour toute question. :)
Nous avons une autre maison 2 portes en bas qui a un accès en bateau, 3 ou 4 chambres et 2 ou 3 salles de bains. Si vous avez un grand rassemblement, vous pouvez louer les deux endroits et partager le plaisir!

Perfect spot for families

My family had a great time at Jim and Judy’s home. There was more than enough space for us and two kids ages 5 & 8. The beach is about a 2 minute walk which we enjoyed in the mornings and the heated pool in the afternoons. The area is still recovering from hurricane damage but this house is fully ready and stocked!

Great family property

We loved everything about this property. The house was stocked with anything you may need for a comfortable stay. We cooked all but 1 meal at the house and had every kitchen item we needed. Also the amount of beach accessories, fishing stuff, books and games was amazing. The walk to the beach and fishing dock was a very doable distance for all of us. We definitely hope to return to this property again soon. Jim and Judy were very quick to respond to any question we had.

Pool was great!

Convenient area, about a 3 min walk to the beach and a 3-10 minute drive to any store or restaurant we needed. It is possible to drive across to the gate for the beach access and unload if you want to take an umbrella, chairs, cooler, etc. and have someone drive the vehicle back and walk across. The dock is also very nice and only a quick minute drive/walk. We were able to park there and take our poles, etc. We had 3 children in our group and the pool was a lifesaver! Perfect size for cooling off in the afternoon.

Nice, Relaxing Stay!

My family and I enjoyed our time. The property owners were very responsive and communicated with us as needed. Location to the bay and beach were a short walk away. The pool was refreshing during the hot afternoons! A few updates to the pool area and guest rooms would make this perfect. I recommend this property to a family or couples wanting a relaxing beach vacation.

Family Vacation

Overall this property is really great- especially if you have a large family with adults and older children. It was especially nice to have a private pool right outside the door! We had access to an abundance of beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. which was much appreciated. Really, my only complaint is the distance to the beach. It isn’t a *far* walk but I wouldn’t consider it a short one- certainly not a convenient one if you left something behind. When my children were small this distance would have been a deal breaker for me, however with adults and older children it is manageable and we made the trip several times a day. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and there was plenty of space for all of us (4 adults, 3 kids). The beach wasn’t crowded and it was a nice, quiet vacation that we all enjoyed!

The property is perfect for family and has EVERYTHING you need for a Florida vacation! The open living room/kitchen/dining area so spacious. The pool outside the kitchen is a so perfect for a day at home instead of the beach. And just a short walk to beach and AWESOME fishing dock.

Relaxing Oasis

Everything you need for a beautiful relaxing vacation, is exactly what you get with this gorgeous home. The short walk to the beach everyday, was our favorite. The pool was so refreshing after a hot day. The home is as listed, plenty of room for a family, and very comfortable for us as a couple. We will definitely return.

Great House, Great Host

Judy and Jim will restore your faith in hosts if it is lost! Great home with all the amenities needed. It truly felt like we were staying in a home instead of a rental. From the bike tires being pumped to the pool heater on, this place was ready to enjoy the moment we turned the key. Easy access to the beach and pier, our family enjoyed it all.

Great beach house with access to the best beach!

This house is in the perfect location-so close to the beach and the dock to Lemon Bay for fishing-yet tucked in so you still have privacy. Shopping, groceries, golfing, and restaurants are all close by as well. The semi private beach was not crowded at all which was the best! We had plenty of room in the house for our family of 5 plus 2 more family members that came to visit for a few days. The house had all the essentials. The screened in pool was amazing and definitely a hit with the kids. The owners were pleasant and prompt at responding to all of my questions both before booking and after. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

Enjoyed ourselves

Jim and Judy were wonderful. Judy walked my kids to both beaches so we would know the way. Jim was telling me about future improvements. It'll be even nicer next year. My family found lots of shark teeth and some sea glass and shells. Do these nice hosts a favor and leave the teeth in the porch.

Semi-Private beach with breathtaking sunsets

The hosts are wonderful and accommodating. Description and photos of the beach house are accurate. Clean, smells nice, very roomy and comfortable beds. Full kitchen and also an outside grill. Nice screened in pool to enjoy if you’re not relaxing on the beach. We were able to visit the beach a few times a day since it is located just across the street. The beach is not crowded, and the people are very friendly. Good restaurants and shops nearby.

Perfect beach and chill house

The house is spread out which allows the family to be together but not driving each other crazy. The pool is great and perfect for large family. I love the location of the home as it is a short walk to the beach and dock on the river. We had no complaints from anyone in the family. Would recommend this home and would love to come again.

Solid Place!

This little 3 bedroom was perfect for my family of 6. Being able to hit the uncrowded beach just a short walk across the street, loop around the neighborhood road to fish off Lemon Bay (or see a manatee), or to simply lounge at the pool make this an easy pick. The timing was neat to see all the sea turtle markings coming up the beach each evening. Very recommended, a little dated but lets be honest if you go to Manasota Key to chill inside your wasting your money.

Family friendly, large space, exactly what we were looking for.

Thanks for the good time! It was too cold to use the pool, but it was nice that it was there. The hosts were accessible when we had questions, location was exactly what we wanted. Nice to be close to a private beach access and the dock. Overall, great trip.

January stay at Manasota Key

This was the perfect house for my family for this vacation Jan 8-15. The house was well-stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils. The bedrooms were supplied with extra pillows and blankets. The pool and deck were wonderful, Everything was clean, and the hosts were very easy to contact. They responded immediately when we had a question

Great Property

Very spacious-easily fit our family of 7 and visitors. Great location-close to the beach and shopping/ restaurants. Pool is a highlight too! The only reason for 4 star overall rating is because the bathrooms needed more cleaning attention.

We have been coming to Florida for 25 years and kept finding ourselves at Manasota Key, with the most beautiful beaches and the most friendly, fun-loving people! When we found this home for sale, we knew we had to have it. We are still working and cannot be there year-round, so we want to share it with others.

This house is a perfect balance of island life on Manasota Key. It is close enough to hear waves crashing or take the just a 3-4 minute walk to the beach or bay - start the day with sunrise on the bay dock and enjoy a sunset walk on the beach. You will find the home to have quiet, peace, and shade. The pool is warm and relaxing and you'll have access to bikes, pool toys, etc. The front porch has prehistoric sharks teeth -- to welcome you to the beach house! The tropical flora and fauna will delight your sense of sight and smell!
