Venez profiter de cette belle maison privée! Cette maison est située au centre avec un accès facile aux plages, restaurants et magasins. 5 minutes de la célèbre rue Dearborn. (Englewood on Dearborn, excellent restaurant proposant une cuisine délicieuse, de la musique live et de la danse.) À 20 minutes de Lemon Bay par l’eau. 10 minutes à pied de la plage d'Englewood.
Grande piscine chauffée et bain à remous séparé pour les soirées fraîches. Grande véranda Pont inférieur à droite sur le canal avec pivots pour prendre et sortir votre propre bateau. Pas de remorquage.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée si vous décidez de rester et de préparer un repas. La chambre principale a un lit king size confortable avec une entrée directe sur le patio / la piscine. La deuxième chambre principale a un lit queen size et cette chambre a également une porte coulissante qui permet une entrée directe dans la piscine / patio! La 3ème chambre a également une porte à la piscine / patio. Grande véranda avec passage par la fenêtre de la cuisine donnant sur la piscine et le canal. Wifi. 4 télévisions Roku. Garage.

Perfect getaway

This was a perfect getaway. The house is exactly what you see and possibly better. All the bedrooms are spacious and also private. Two of them have a door so the bedroom, bathroom, and closet is behind it so you have your own suite. And this leaves the third bedroom with plenty of privacy. Everything you might think you need in a kitchen is there. It was only in the 60s but we were still able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The host is pleasant and responsive. I would rate this higher than a five if I could.

We loved the stay here, the house is updated and beautiful, the pool is just so relaxing and the location is perfect. Close to beaches but quiet and private. We wil stay again for sure.

House is very nice/updated/clean. It is the nicest house on the street by a lot. We visited after hurricane Milton. Hot tub was not working. Also, there is a very small water heater so ran out of hot water when everyone trying to shower at same time.

Home Away From Your Home

Was in town to have a walk-thru with builder. Stayed here instead of a hotel for 4 nights. The pics are accurate (completely refurbished), mattresses firm, and great shower pressure. Katherine, the host, made contact prior to arriving regarding some damage due to Hurricanes Helene & Milton. Since we had business to attend to, the minor damage was not an issue. If I was vacationing, I would stay here since everything is close by. October 20 thru 24th

Fantastic!

This home was fantastic! The place was immaculate, and well stocked. Everything we needed was there, and the pool at hot tub were so nice! The owner was so responsive whenever I messaged her. The home is very comfortable and convenient to dining, the beach, and shopping. We even had a daily visit on the front lawn from a beautiful stork! I highly recommend this property.

The property was great, the ònly issue we had were remotes for the tv's, the tv's in the open areas weren't working, they all needed batterys, otherwise everything was great. Katherine made the stay flawless.

Friend getaway!

House and property was exactly as described. There were nice amenities included. Pool and hot tub were used everyday and felt so good after a day on the water fishing! Perfectly set up for us and our friends as there are two master suites with their own bathroom. Very clean! Englewood is one of our favorite places so we will most likely return! Also host is very responsive!

We absolutely loved the property!!! Everything was very clean, neat and in order. The home matched the description exactly!! The neighborhood was very quiet and seemed to be a really good place. Perfect Getaway in Englewood

Katherine and her place are great! She is quick to respond and thorough with instructions. Her Vrbo has everything you need from kitchen utensils, pots/pans, towels, washer and dryer, beach chairs, wifi and cozy beds to name a few. I brought things because I was unsure if she supplied them but I did not need to overpack. Katherine recently renovated the pool and it looks awesome! Thank you again, Katherine!

Beach Vacation

The house was very nice. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The Patio area was great and where we spent most of our time at the house. We tried doing some fishing in the canal out back we didn’t have any luck catching anything but our boys loved it. Overall it was a great place to relax at the house and super close to all our favorite beaches and restaurants. We have visited the area multiple times and this was our favorite house so far.

Fantastic place!

This was by far one of my favorite VRBO’s yet! Everything you need is right there. The house is very clean and up to date. I did not need to contact the property manager once we were there but beforehand she made everything so simple. The pool and hot tub were perfect! The house is so spacious. Loved this rental and would stay here again if we are looking in this area.

Amazing property!!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family! Clean, beautiful pool area, 3 bathrooms, and the owner has thought of all the little extras that make it so special. The fishing right at the house was great. The location was so perfect…close to the beaches and stores. Also, Katherine was very easily reached over text but also left us to do our own thing. I couldn’t recommend this enough. We already looked to book next year and were bummed it’s unavailable when we need it. We hope to book again in the future.

My husband and I purchased home in summer of 2019. We just (September 2024) finished remodel of entire home with a great beachy feel. We stay at home occasionally but love to share it while we are not there.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This home is close to Downtown Englewood and so many fun spots like restaurants on the water. Love to watch the fish jump in the canal. Lemon Bay has tons of dolphins and manatees. Great boating, sailing, fishing, biking, kayaking and so mush more.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We love the layout of this home. Large sunroom. We don't even use the living room. Two master bedrooms. 3rd bedroom also has own bathroom. Love that we can boat to Lemon Bay directly from home.
