Romantic Lake Cottage for Two. With Patio and Firepit.

This is one of seven cottages, all on the same piece of lakefront property.

4 cottages have longterm tenants,
and one other (larger cottage) is also rented out by VRBO.

Frequently the main VRBO maxes out on capacity. Owner has offered, on occasion, to share her personal cottage in the past, and recently decided to list it on VRBO, as an option for both an overflux of guests who are staying at Hensley’s Cornerstone, as well as any potential guests, traveling through town, looking for lodging outside of the limited hotel options in the area.

Although this cottage sits back further on the property and does not have front-row views of the lake, it is indeed still lakefront property, with a slight view of the lake, and a very small walk, into the backyard, to reach it.

All VRBO guests, as well as longterm tenants, have full access to the backyard and water toys. Such as: kayaks and paddle board.

Private outside patio and sitting area with outdoor lights and charcoal grill.

This cottage is approximately 450 sq ft.

It is a studio style, space.

Living, kitchen and bedroom are not separated.

We are still under slight renovation, and expect to be fully complete by fall. We have temporarily reduced the price to reflect the incomplete projects such as: ceiling and electrical.

It is important to keep in mind, this is a fully lived in cottage. Owner will vacate, for the purpose of your stay.

This cottage will be stocked with personal items, such as: owners food inside cabinets/refrigerator. Clothing in drawers. Toiletries in bathroom, (soaps/shampoo/etc…). Personal photos, books, and all the things that make a house a home.

While we provide a personal space for you to utilize, like an empty cabinet/plenty of room in fridge/places for you to store your clothes, etc… We want to be completely transparent, making sure you are fully aware, this adorable cottage is indeed lived in and very well loved.
