Our home is in a safe and quiet lot near downtown Algonquin and close to the park, bike trails, shops, and dining. Views of the Fox river and close to Marina. Updated home with an open concept, modern decor and finishes. Full kitchen with MW, toaster, k-cup, and W/D.2BD with queen sz beds, memory foam mattress and flat screen TVs, 2 full Bedrooms. Linens and towels included.Small loft with sofa bed. LR also offers a queen size sofa bed, ROKU smart TV and 5G Wi-Fi. Weber grill is outside.

Cute and modern house in an adorable, historic town that is close to everything! A lot of windows on main level that offered natural light and fresh air. Open Concept. Great water pressure and never ran out of hot water. Being that the house is cat and dog friendly, it did have a distinct cat smell but nothing too bad that opening the windows and air freshener couldn’t help. The listing states air conditioning and heat, but I could not find any access to a thermostat so be aware that it can get warm in the upstairs bedroom. There was a standing fan provided up there which was nice. Plenty of towels/washrags provided but linens/blankets for the futons are on the thinner side so plan on bringing your own if you want to be more comfortable. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay that was as advertised. Being right next to the Fox River and the ability to walk downtown to the shops was awesome! I would highly recommend checking out Riverbottom Coffee and Ice Cream Company
about a 15 minute walk from house. So good!

Excellent location & cute house with everything you need!

I really enjoyed my stay in Algonquin! The location was amazing!! Right across from the river, a few blocks from parks, the marina, walking trails and a beautiful little historic downtown. The house was perfect! Very clean & cozy, exactly as described. Everything was so nice and the host was extremely responsive. I would love to stay at this location again!

Great place! Would definitely stay again.

My friend and I came in for a dog agility event with our dogs. Place was great! Super clean, nicely appointed and a partially fenced in yard for the dogs. Would definitely recommend.

Great location - surprisingly spacious

This place is bright and clean and spacious even for a group of 5 people. They thought of everything we would need to make us feel at home. The area is beautiful and being so close to things, we look forward to coming back when the weather is right for enjoying the community as well. Overall, we were very pleased.

Second time around, better than ever!

Our second time staying here and we loved it again! Very clean, updated property in a safe area convenient to shopping, restaurants. Every room is full of light, great appliances, always hot water. I hate to leave every time. Owner is wonderful to work with too.

Great Thanksgiving Stay

I rented the home with my brother so we could visit our family in the area. The owner was accommodating with us, and responded to any questions that we had. The location of the home was nice, and we could see the Fox River from the house, and the downtown area of Algonquin was easily accessible on foot. The home itself was perfect for our needs. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and modern. The amenities of the house also enabled us to cook and wash our clothes during our stay. The only problem that we had with the house was a lack of curtains on the door and the window next to the driveway. But aside from that, I only have good things to say about my stay.

Adorable cottage by Fox River

We loved our month long stay at 102 Park St. This home is light and bright, very comfortable furniture and beds, updated appliances and TVs, just a few minutes walk to downtown Algonquin. Super friendly neighbors, quiet and safe area make it easy to relax. We loved sitting outside and watching boats/ bikers go by. We enjoyed being there so much, definitely recommend and plan to book again. Bryan the owner is very responsive, great to work with, too.
