En exclusivité, gated Sawgrass Country Club, ce condo est idéal pour se détendre, échouer, faire du tourisme et jouer au golf. Nous sommes sur Quail Pointe Lane - LA RUE LA PLUS PROCHE DE LA PLAGE DANS TOUS LES SAWGRASS. Une courte promenade de 5 minutes le long du parc d'État de Guana River vous amène à la grande étendue de l'une des plus belles plages de Floride. Ou, vous pouvez écouter les vagues du condo!

C'est le seul condo de Quail Pointe Lane avec une vue directe et dégagée sur le golf. Nous regardons directement au deuxième trou du Sawgrass East Course. C'est charmant de regarder les oiseaux, le ciel et bien sûr les golfeurs! C'est une super plage et une vue sur le golf.

Le salon dispose de plafonds cathédrale, d'une cheminée à bois, d'une vue sur le golf et d'une nouvelle télévision à écran plat haute définition de 42 pouces. Le Florida / Sunroom est YEAR ROUND, avec le chauffage et la climatisation. Il y a deux chambres avec salle de bains privative. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size avec une nouvelle literie luxuriante et d'une télévision à écran plat. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée, une laveuse / sécheuse, draps, chaises de plage et parasols. Ceci est un condo ONE-STORY. Pas d'escaliers à monter et pas de voisins bruyants à l'étage!

Nous sommes à la fin d'un cul-de-sac tranquille. Nous sommes à 7 miles de la clinique Mayo, à environ 30 minutes de St. Augustine ou Downtown Jacksonville et à 5 minutes du luxueux Ponte Vedra Inn & Spa.

L'adhésion temporaire au Sawgrass Country Club - y compris le magnifique Beach Club - ou le club de golf Ponte Vedra sont disponibles, sur demande. Les clients ont également accès à une piscine communautaire Quail Pointe. Notre société de gestion de location s'occupera de tous les détails pour assurer que votre séjour soit fabuleux.

The property is close to the ocean, and has a great view of a fairway up by the green. The furnishings are dated but in good condition. Management company is great and very helpful

Loved Sawgrass - peaceful retreat

My husband and I stayed at this property for three weeks We loved the Sawgrass grounds and enjoyed the golf course view. The property is just as it appears in the photos. The new floors and carpets were lovely and the stove/oven top notch. We spent a great deal of our time on the lanai and loved the open feel. The furniture could have been a bit more comfortable but in fairness the photos depict that possibility. We cannot say enough positive comments about the property management - Michelle and Kip were very responsive and resolved or attempted to resolve issues very timely. Some issues we faced: unable to find the remotes that controlled the 2 TVs, no washcloths, bees nesting in front entrance and peeling paint on kitchen cabiners. The TV remotes were never found – the owner was called and had no knowledge of where the remotes could be. Kip communicated frequently and offered to come back to the unit and try and program a general remote but luckily we had two Roku sticks with us which we used. The peeling paint in the kitchen was very concerning to us. The paint would peel onto the new floor and dry. The mgt company was not aware of the cabinets being recently painted. We requested a runner rug to help protect the floor which was provided. The larger concern was paint peeling and falling in what we were cooking (which did happen). We would stay at this property again, loved Sawgrass and hope the issues are addressed.

Excellent location near the beach. Large spacious condo - great walk in wardrobes. The outside space at the back of the condo needs attention (please extend the decking). The furniture & bathrooms could do with modernising. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Amazing location!

The house was very clean and you cant beat the location! We felt very safe with the security gates. Longer stays will definitely need to buy tp, detergent and trash bags but there's several stores nearby. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at the property. The owner and management company were great. The property was as described and fitted our needs. The location was convenient to everything we needed. The nearby beach was within walking distance and was like having a private beach. Thanks for a great stay and would highly recommend the property.

Great place - needs a little maintenance

We really enjoyed staying at 515 Quail Point for 12 days. Quiet location, beautiful golf course views, 10 minute walk to the beach, comfortable beds. The house is very light with upper and lower living room windows. This is a creative and attractive floor plan that is used in other locations in Sawgrass. I would definitely stay here again. There a few simple maintenance items I feel future guests would feel should be corrected to deserve a 5 star rating. There was a false alarm with the smoke detector, apparently due to dust accumulation. The Kenmore Elite dish washer has a panel lock feature that was on when we arrived, so we had to go online to figure out how to unlock it. The panel also froze up another time, solved by turning off the circuit breaker for the appliance , then turning back on. The master bathroom fan is apparently clogged so it turns on but no air is vented. And the towel holder next to the shower is loose and falls off if you put any weight on it while stepping out of the shower. Also, the curtains between the very nice master bedroom and the sun room overlooking the golf course are difficult to open and close. We really enjoyed staying here and recommend it. Hopefully these maintenance items will be completed so future guests can enjoy this wonderful property without unnecessary distractions.

Condo was nice and a short walk to the beach through the Sawgrass beach club. It would have been nice if dining at the beach club was allowed because they have a very nice patio right on the ocean.

We Completely Enjoyed Our Stay!

This is a great home. It is immaculate, very quiet and just has a sophisticated and calm feeling to it! And Anne Marie helped make our visit comfortable. She and her management company are great hosts. The condo looks directly on to the 2nd hole of Sawgrass' East Course. We were beyond delighted when one morning we unexpectedly watched the Jim Furyk and Friends Charity Outing from the home's back porch. Eighteen time Tour winner Jim Furyk and other PGA Touring Pros - including Brandt Snedecker and J.B. Holmes - played for charity. And we had a private, up-close (and free!) viewing. What a bonus! The home is also very close to the beach, another great aspect of a stay here. All in all, I would highly recommend this home for your next visit to Ponte Vedra Beach.

Great Place in SawGrass

My husband and I stayed at this condo for two weeks in January. I can definitely recommend it. It is charming. The owner must have had help in furnishing ‘cause we have rented several Sawgrass condos over the years and this one has much more “style” than the others. Plus the location is brilliant – the beach and golf are at your fingertips. We will definitely stay in this condo again next year

Loved this condo!!

Just spent a great week here. My husband loves golf and I love walking the beach so this location was absolutely perfect! Golf out the back door and the ocean a few short blocks from the front door. We both loved the casual chic decor and open floor plan. We will definitely return.

Very nice condo with great location

We loved the layout and location of the condo. Very close to the beach and golf course. Furniture was very comfortable. Florida room was a bonus. Better than a screened in porch. We would have given five stars if they had flat screen hi def tv's ( my husband was disappointed they did not have TCM) and also had a grill.

My husband and I purchased this condo in 2007, and intend to retire to it if we can ever stop working! My husband's family has been visiting Ponte Vedra for, literally, 60 years and I fell in love with it when I first met my husband. The beach is absolutely stunning, the people are lovely and the whole feeling of Sawgrass is just low-keyed, nature-loving and activity-filled.

Our condo is serene, private, looks directly on to one of the finest golf courses in the country and is a short stroll to the beach. What more could I ask for?
