This 1bed/1bath oceanfront Surf Villa unit is a charming original, offering a cozy and nostalgic retreat by the sea. While the kitchen retains its original design, it adds character to the space, evoking a sense of timelessness and simplicity. The unit’s classic features are complemented by a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring a comfortable stay for those who appreciate a touch of vintage charm. Ideal for relaxing and unwinding, this unit captures the essence of a tranquil beachfront getaway with all the essentials for a memorable experience.

The villa has breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and has been carefully decorated for our guests.

The condo offers a king-size bed and a pull-out couch that can comfortably sleep upto four people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, original stovetop with oven, as well as cooking and eating utensils, allowing you to prepare wonderful meals during your stay.

The patio is the ideal place to take in the fresh Florida air and watch the sunrise over the water early in the morning. This property has patio seats for you to sit back and unwind after a hard day in the sun.

***The community pool is located within a 5-minute drive of the condo.***

Our property is ideally located, 12 minutes from the Mayo Clinic, 30 minutes from historic St. Augustine, and 1 hour and 45 minutes from Orlando.

Everything was perfect but the beach chairs could be a little better. They are rusty and wont last much longer. An umbrella would be perfect and a new mattress would make everything PERFECT. Hope to visit again.

The proximity and access to the beach is fantastic! The condo is comfortable in a quiet area. The only improvement could be the mattress. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Beautiful location

Amazing view and gated community. I felt very safe leaving my wife at the location while I was at work meetings. Weather did not cooperate while we were there but we did have one nice day to walk the private beach. Tons of seashells to pick from. Our host Marita was great to work with. Highly recommend.

Oceanfront condo - walk right out to the beach!

My husband and I rented it this unit, along with several others, for our family during July 4 week. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a great week. The bathroom has been updated and is very nice. There is even a table that seats 6 - we all gathered here at night for cards and games. If you want to be oceanfront in Sawgrass Beach Club, this is a great place to rent. Marita was a pleasure to deal with and provided all the information we needed for our stay.
