Situé sur un magnifique terrain de golf, ce condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain comprend l’accès à la piscine du quartier et se trouve à quelques kilomètres de la plage. Il y a beaucoup de trottoirs pour la course du matin et des étangs pour la pêche du soir. Ce condo est situé dans la communauté fermée - Sawgrass Country Club. Great place!

Our family rented this property 2 years ago and we were happy it was availability again this year. The location is convenient to get to the beach and restaurants, it is clean, and has many amenities that a typical rental does not. 100% would stay again!

Golf Course Living - Quiet and Lovely.

This was a lovely property on the golf course. The property was even better and brighter in person. Elizabeth was a good host and answered any questions we had promptly. The instructions left in the unit were right on point and easy to follow. We were very pleased with our week in this unit.

Tremendous Tifton Cove

The condo is located in a gated community and is simple to enter. It is comfortable and spacious with a living room and a sunroom/sitting room that faces East. Great place for morning coffee or to get away from the tv and cozy up with a book. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, just like your own home. The master bedroom with master bathroom and closet are large as it includes a sitting area, with desk, perfect for a work from home space. The 2nd bedroom and bathroom are nice to have if guests stay overnight. The two laminated instructions sheets are helpful and informative. Nice quiet neighborhood, great for walking a 3 mile loop around and only a fifteen/twenty minute walk to the beach. Love everything about it.

Great Stay

This was a perfect staycation location for us. My son had a short Spring Break and my husband was working from home some of the days we visited. We live 30 minutes inland. He was able to come over when his schedule allowed. We were minutes away from the beach by car and went to the public access point at Mickler's. We are early risers, so there was never an issue parking there. The condo is very clean, updated, and stocked well with kitchen essentials. We felt very safe in the gated community with guards at all entrance/exit points. There are many nearby grocery stores and shoppes just outside of Sawgrass. There are playing cards and some board games for kids. There is a smart TV where you can sign into your own Netflix account and regular cable. Wifi access available.

Nearly everything fabulous: the condo, the community, the location!

We loved our stay at Elizabeth’s well-appointed beautiful condo! We loved the decor of denim sofas in the living room, sizable dining table for meals and card playing on rainy afternoons. It was extra convenient to have full bathrooms attached to each bedroom and a first floor powder room. The air conditioning was robust and refreshing. We definitely would book again, and we would recommend it to family and friends. The Sawgrass community was beautiful and the gate employees were friendly. We enjoyed both the lap swimming fitness pool and the pool that was merely steps away from the condo. We appreciated the Sawgrass TPC stores across the street, including Foxtail Coffee, the Publix, Peterbrooke Chocolates, Nona Blue restaurant. Also, we loved Aneyo Mexican grill, Sliders, and Cap’s at Neptune Beach, PVB and St. Augustine. We enjoyed our visit to the Cummer Gallery in Jacksonville; it is a fabulous collection of art. We enjoyed driving by the Ponte Vedra home and Avondale area apartment we lived in 30 years ago, If I had to list any difficulties, I would say that as tall people (5’10” to 6’2”, we had our feet right at the end or over the end of the twin beds) And maybe it’s truly just us, but we prefer softer mattresses. Also, when the load of clothes and towels in the washing machine got unbalanced, it made loud banging noises and got wrapped around the tall agitator and would not fully drain water.

Great condo

The condo is in a perfect location nestled in the Sawgrass Country Club and close to wonderful restaurants and shops. It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Elizabeth was quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

Only 2 bedrooms but plenty spacious enough for my wife, grown son and I to stay happily for 5 days. It’s located right in Sawgrass country club so if you play tennis or golf, you’ll love the location. Very close to all the Ponte Vedra shops. Well appointed with all you need By the way, the pictures don’t do it justice - it is much larger and brighter than it appears on VRBO.

Clean and Spacious

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in this clean, comfortable, sunny condo. The two bedrooms (each with a full bath) are upstairs and the kitchen, living areas, laundry, and a half bath are downstairs. The master bedroom is huge, by the way. The terrace in back gets lovely light - it has a beautiful view but also feels private. We hope to come back!
