This fully renovated Quail Pointe unit in Sawgrass Country Club is the perfect place to call your home away from home. From the open and upgraded kitchen with granite and marble counter tops, the plush furniture, to the tile plank flooring, this condo will wow you at every turn. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, custom closet, and en-suite bath that sparkles. The guest bedroom features a 2-twin beds and the guest bath has a walk-in shower. The family and bedroom also open up to the Florida Room overlooking the golf course.

With close proximity to entertainment, dining, shopping and the beach, this home is the perfect place to experience all that Ponte Vedra Beach has to offer!

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was remodeled in good taste, convenient to our activities, in sawgrass , close to the beach 🏖️. Many appliances. The TV controls are broken & need to be replaced. A dining chair needs to be repaired. Very clean, needs coasters to protect furniture .

Lovely vacation home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was charming, airy, fresh, and inviting. I loved the kitchen appliances, the huge washer and dryer, the restful bedroom, and the ambiance overall. The one thing I would change is the pristine white furniture in the sun room -- it screamed -- don't touch me -- I didn't dare to sit there! So it was a beautiful space that I wasn't able to enjoy. But everything else was superb.

Great getaway

This was our first time staying in Sawgrass visiting family. Our house was perfect for us. Everyone found a quiet space. We loved having a beautiful kitchen to cook in and laundry on site. My family found these accommodations comfortable, clean, and quiet. It is close to St Augustine, so close to the beach, and Publix is across the street from the main gate. We would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property could be enhanced with a KING size bed. Also, the bedroom with the twin beds smells moldy. It could use 2 sets of sheets for the master bedroom. The door to the right of the dishwasher gets very moldy.

Lovely stay at Sweet Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a spacious, comfortable, bright and super clean condo ! Nice views, the sunroom is a lovely additional space ! The location, in Sawgrass CC is relaxing and pretty; this unit great for family as play area nearby, good for biking and walking, and beach a 10 minute walk. Suncastle Properties was nice and accommodating to deal with. We would definitely recommend this stay!

Prime Location if you want to be in Sawgrass CC

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented 348 Quail point for 2 months for the last 2 years. It would be nice if the master bedroom had a king size bed. I think the unit needs a very thorough cleaning. The door to the right of the kitchen sink is very moldy and the baseboards on the glassed in porch need some attention. One burner on the stove has not worked for 2 years. It would also be nice if the unit had a good amount of clothes hangers. A few more bath towels would be a nice addition. The location is great and we very much enjoy staying at Sawgrass.

Listed as sleeping 6 but one sleeping area had a wall unit that blew out bugs and no cool air so no sleeping there. Shower curtain was very moldy.

Wonderful condo for our vacation!

The condo was in an excellent location. It was updated, neat and had all the necessary tools in the kitchen (except a garlic press 😉). Would definitely consider it for future visits. Thank you!
