Wedding

Our family stayed here near to the superstitious mountains for a wedding. It was spacious and adequately stocked. Our only complaint is that the oven took a very long time to heat up. Recommend this property.

Family wedding in Mesa

The house is fantastic! Pool was amazing! 8 adults had plenty of room and plenty of furniture for dining and hanging out. Patrice and Carlos were awesome! Love this house!

Our spa vacation

We had a wonderful week staying in this vrbo. The home was nicely decorated, very comfortable and well supplied. The yard was like our own spa with a heated pool, hot tub, flat screen TV and putting greens. I would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Perfect Family Home

We had our pups, a toddler, a teenager and three couples and we all had fun and found it to be plenty of room. Could not recommend this property more it was even in a great location.

Awesome Outdoor Space

The home was centrally located for our needs. The outdoor space was fantastic! My family enjoyed swimming and the water feature was a nice touch. Overall the home is designed and furnished very well. The only negative would be the mattress in the Primary. It is pretty thin and springy. We'd absolutely return.

enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub

enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends and family. somethings to look into: corn hole board missing bolt / I fixed with zip tie left handed putter fan and ceiling light in Master bedroom / replaced battery in remote but still didn't work faucet handle in main bathroom came off small tool box / tools could have fixed a few items if there were a few basic tools

We loved this Gilbert property

Patrice was great and very responsive, the place was absolutely wonderful with a great pool and hot tub and putting green in the backyard along with the TV, and the location was great close to lots of golf courses and great food and grocery stores. All around wonderful

Amazing

The home is beautiful. Our family loved the heated pool, hot tub, golf, and outdoor movie nights. We spent many days and nights outside. Our Grandchildren ages 6-10 did not want to leave! We spent 35 days at this home, and I was a bit nervous about staying that long, but it was so comfortable. Absolutely beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood. The location is wonderful. So close to many restaurants, shopping and sightseeing spots. Would not hesitate to stay again-even the beds were comfortable! Thanks for an amazing time creating family memories! This was our second year going to the Phoenix area. The host was very responsive.

Great back yard with pool, hot tub and putting green

The home was very nice and comfortable and had all needed amenities. We had 5 adults who stayed and utilized 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The backyard was very nice! Great pool and hot tub and a putting green as well. Great privacy and quiet. You could also watch TV outside and enjoy the fresh air. The owner quickly responded to any messages and was easy to communicate with. I would recommend this home to others looking to stay in the Gilbert area.

Disappointed with Outside Amenities

I have a mixed review of this property. The house itself was well decorated, clean & comfortable. However, the jacuzzi & pool were disappointing. they were not clean or even serviced prior to our arrival. jacuzzi had green water, it smelled bad & had some bottle caps in it. The pool was cloudy. We booked this property largely for these two things. I contacted the owner, she told me to “call the number in the binder” to have a pool person come out. I found that to be odd to ask your renter to call but I found a pool number in the binder & called. The company called me back the next day and said the owner had to call. I notified the owner again and she said “that’s not the right number to call” and that she’d now call - which she should have done in the first place. A pool guy did come out that afternoon & said there was zero chlorine in the jacuzzi & it was growing algae. The pool also needed chemicals. He advised us to still not use the jacuzzi until the next day & the pool should be ok that night. By this time, we are 2 days into our 4 day stay without use of either. I reached out again to owner & asked that i be given a discount (refund of the cleaning fee) for the back yard things that were advertised but that we couldn’t use for half of our stay. She responded & never once said she was sorry & said “they don’t charge extra for the pool or jacuzzi & she has no control if pumps or heaters go out”. Really awful response & she said no to any refund. Won’t stay here again
