Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in Gilbert, Arizona!
House sleeps 8. it can comfortably sleep 11 when both air mattress are used. One queen and one twin air mattress.

5 minutes to Top Golf and Main Event. 8 min to downtown Gilbert(Dierks Bentley Whiskey row!), and 25 min to Scottsdale.

The space
Enjoy the heated pool, outdoor lounge set on gated patio with Roku tv.

Relax and ensure that the little ones are safe with the gated patio area with a rug and some kids toys that are provided!
Travel light and utilize some baby items that we have supplied for you! Items include a baby monitor, pack and play, and high chair seat.
Master bedroom has plenty of space for the queen air mattress. The bedroom with the queen bed has space for the twin air mattress.
Air mattress upon request when booking.

Stocked kitchen with pots and pans, Keurig and waffle maker! 2 sizes of pyrex casserole dishes, pie dish, mixing bowls, and measuring cups.

Stay in and enjoy the back yard grilling on a griddle flat top grill or the Traeger grill!

The back yard was really the highlight of this property. The house was nice, a little bit of an echo from lack of decor, but perfectly comfortable and spacious. Pool was warm, and everything we needed was there. Great property for a great value.

Christmas at Gilbert.

Property location to shopping made it so convenient on our family's Holiday stay. Small parks with kids and green grass were the main attraction for the kids, especially when other children shared their newly Christmas toys.The property contained all needed items for food preparation and TV entertainments. We definitely enjoyed our stay here!

Family Get-Away

The home was a perfect place to gather for our family. (6 adults and a two year old) The pool was perfect. The neighborhood was nice. Several nearby parks with covered play areas. Communication with hosts was responded to quickly. No issues or concerns and would definitely stay there again.

Nice but not comfortable

From the looks of the place it hasn't been updated or kept up. On the surface everything looked great. But as we stayed we started noticing things. The beds were very uncomfortable and the sheets made all of us have an allergic reaction. I mentioned a some concerns to the host and they only answered one question out of three. i had to keep reasking. So I stopped messaging the host. There are seveal locked areas and no garage access. The maid only surface cleaned, there was no hot water, not enough Toilet paper or trash bags. Overall we made due but we had to spend more money to restock the make our stay more comfortable.

Great location

Although this property advertised to accommodate up to 10 people there was a total of 2 hand towels, 5 washcloths and 2 thin kitchen towels. Also problematic was only one lounge chair in the pool area. The cushions on outdoor seating stained. There was a black stone type grill with no cover which was very dirty. The heat and air vents covered in dust. We stayed the month of February with family who left on February 28th. We had other guests coming that day but owner refused to send in the cleaners as our personal property was there. So my husband and I cleaned for 3 good hours as we had to change sheets, wash towels etc, wipe up floors. Also other than a can of comet, no cleaning supplies on hand. There were some Swiffer cloths but we had to purchase more. Owner did reimburse $200. Hardly sufficient for the amount of cleaning we had do when we initially arrived on February 1st and on February 28th when new guests arrived. There were many other issues with the fridge and dish washer leakage. Hopefully if they continue to rent they will improve.

Hello! The home accommodates 10, your reservation said you had 4 guests. The home flooded at the end of December and we had a month to get the house ready for your reservation. The house needed new dry wall throughout, new floors, and along with floor we had new countertops put in. The counter tops were installed the morning of your arrival- some dust was to be expected but we did everything in our power to not have to cancel your month long reservation with such short notice (probably leaving you with not many options to book a new home). Originally you said you did not the cleaners to come in between stays. Also, Short term rental cleaners do not come when personal items or people are still occupying the property. We did address everything that was not perfect and we do apologize. If you go on Airbnb we have not one negative comment and 46 5 star reviews I can assure you this wasn’t how we do business. Looking back we should of cancelled your stay for the month after the re build but we really felt like that wouldn’t be a favorable choice. Thanks for the feedback. Have a great day!
