Great Home, Great Host

We had an amazing time at this home. It was very comfortable for our crew of dads and sons in town for a baseball tournament. Everything was as advertised. The location is great, just a few minutes from all the restaurants and vibes in Gilbert town.The communication of the host was really great throughout the trip. It was responsive to anything we needed and communicated any issues in advance.

My home away from home!

What a really nice place! And the location is close to shopping and restaurants. The house is very clean and stocked with toiletries. We also enjoyed the salt-water pool after spending all day running around. I highly recommend staying here.

Home away from home!

This property was amazing! We took a little family vacation and it was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space. It was exactly how it was described. Aubrey was great with communicating quickly. The property was really nice, the kids loved the pool! They immediately wanted to jump in and swim. The lights, waterfall and heat of the pool were an added plus for night swimming. The toaster was broken and the owners had a new one delivered within hours! The neighbors even helped take the trash out for trash day!

Amazing Home

We traveled to Arizona for a graduation and wanted a nice, clean, and comfortable space and that’s just want we got. The home was beautiful and the patio pool area was even better. Me and my family truly enjoyed our stay here. Let me not forget to mention that Aubrey our host was the BEST!!! I highly recommend that you stay here you will not regret it!

Great house, easy location

This house was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed for prepping, cooking and serving. The pool was a nice place to relax. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe while accessible to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The owners were super attentive and communicative! I’d recommend this house.

Three adults and 3 teenagers stayed for a soccer tournament. House is laid out great. Pool was heated and amazing. Kitchen has everything you need. Washer and dryer worked great. Location is awesome. Loved downtown Gilbert, such a cool hip area.

Perfect home for AZ vacation

Exceptionally clean, perfectly situated near downtown Gilbert, San Tan, downtown Chandler, and beautifully modernized with all the amenities you could desire. The heated pool was like bathwater, and allowed us to swim comfortably in December including at night! Aubrey is an attentive host and assured that our vacation home had everything we needed...it did and more! Savvy house is now our #1 pick for future vacations in Arizona!

We are a family with 8 young children (ages 0-15). We stayed here for a week. The lovely home is in a great neighborhood. It was spacious enough and well equipped for our large family. Aubrey quickly replied when we had any questions. She was a caring and helpful hostess. We recommend this place and would stay here again.
