What a great place! It was clean and very well taken care of. It was also very convenient for needs and travel. This was our first Vrbo attempt, and I feel we landed a gem! It had everything you need, but food obviously. Would do it 100 times over at same place.
Loved the location and layout of this rental, quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. Spent many hours in the outdoor space enjoying Arizona weather. Good communication with property manager. Would stay here again.
Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Covered patio is huge and very pleasant. Property was listed as dog friendly and works great, but check with host because they actually donât allow dogs according to check in information. Also confirm with host when lawn flooding will occur. We had to wade through 4-12â of water for 2 days in November to get from the car to the entrance. It sounds like they can control irrigation and avoid, but asking will remind them to change the schedule. Property has all the basics you need and was a great space for 2-4 people. (2 bedrooms with older, soft beds, appointments are somewhat worn but functional.) Location and neighborhood are very nice to walk. Lots are very large and spread out compared to most developments.
Needs maintenance done. Parking is horrible. Brick in the yard uneven and I tripped so we only stayed 1 night. Please put blinds in living area. Absolutely no privacy.
The check in process was easy and house is in a great area, however there were issues that made our stay less than ideal. There were multiple areas that were dirty upon our arrival (hair in kitchen sink drain, sticky spots on kitchen floor, refrigerator shelves had a smelly & sticky substance all over them, wet towels left in washer, trash on ground outside by parking area, soap dispensers barely had soap in them, they were very heavily diluted with water). There is no privacy in the main living area; there are no curtains placed over the main entrance door and kitchen windows..at night you can see directly into the house and the only privacy you get is by being inside one of the bedrooms.
We came to visit family but due to spring training didnât realize we would need to secure 6 months in advance. We were about to give up when we found this place. Honestly, the pictures donât do it justice. It was better in person and perfect for me and my husband and 3 teenagers. It was clean, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and we loved the outdoor patio balcony and fresh cut flowers on the table. Itâs in a great locationâ15-20 minutes from our family in Mesa and a baseball stadium so we, too, could catch a game while we were there. The only access is a long flight of outside stairs. Though well lit, they could pose a problem for anyone with mobility issues. The orange blossoms smell amazing. We have no complaints!
