Historic Firehouse within a short stroll to Downtown Chandler, 2 beds, 1 bath,

Stay comfortably in a historic industrial building that used to store firetrucks for Chandler Arizona. Building has been converted into 2 separate units So you can have privacy if you rent one unit or rent out both units to be with your friends at the same time. Property boast a large patio which is shared with both units there is plenty of seating to enjoy the summer nights. Citrus trees in lush grass area where you can help your self to a orange or lemons. take a stroll to down town chandler where there is plenty of night life full of bars, restaurants, eclectic shops and comedy clubs. Spend the day at San Marcos Golf course or the Chandler Center of Arts. If you are a early riser there is a wonderful farmers market as well, all within walking distance. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. This beautiful property offers plenty of space for guests as well as private parking for 2 vehicles. There is free wifi, bathroom amenities are provided and kitchenettes are stocked for light cooking. Enjoy all that Chandler has to offer when you stay at our place.

Really great indoor and outdoor space to hangout with family. We had 3 generations together to laugh, play cards, eat and drink!! Very close to everything. Very comfortable. My dad keeps talking about what a great experience it was so great way to make memories!!! Most beautiful bathroom ever! Clean and open.

Communication with the host was easy and our 28 days at the historic firehouse was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, the rooms felt spacious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! My husband and I particularly enjoyed being within walking distance of beautiful downtown Chandler with it's shops, restaurants, the farmers' market, and the San Marcos golf course. The town was beautifully decked out for the Christmas holidays, and I particularly appreciated how the town embraces the arts with murals, sculptures, the center for the arts, and even sidewalk benches that are not just utilitarian, but colorful, creative tilework.We stayed 28 days and loved every minute of our trip!

Relaxing Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Ben's historic firehouse. A very convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was comfortable and it sure was great having a kitchen and laundry during our 6 week road trip. We'd certainly recommend this to anyone traveling in the Phoenix area. anyone traveling

Great Place!

This was a great and affordable place. It's a little tricky finding the place. At one point, we wondered if we were even in the right area. But the owner does a great job with the directions and Google Maps took us right to the place. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Clean and equipped with what you need for a short stay. Air is shared with another unit and the host has to adjust it. He was very responsive but if you prefer to control your own temperature you might be disappointed.

Heart of Chandler

This place was amazing and it is situated in a great location. Being from out of town and needing to unwind but not wanting to stay in is always a hit or miss. This place offers accessibility to stores, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops next to downtown Chandler, the plus side was that you could walk if you wanted to literally anywhere. Thank you for the hospitality, and the prompt response, we had a terrific time.

Kitchen equipped but not really very functional for much cooking with only a two burner hot plate. Laundry was great. I would suggest some hooks in strategic locations ( bedroom and bathroom) . Also some sort of storage, shelving in bedrooms so that long staying guests don’t have to always “live out of a suitcase.”

I also want to sincerely thank you for your suggestions regarding the kitchen and storage. We want our long-term guests to feel truly at home, and 'living out of a suitcase' is never the goal. We are currently looking into adding additional shelving/storage and hooks in the bedrooms and bathrooms to make the space more functional. We're also evaluating how we can improve the cooking experience within the current layout. Your insights are incredibly helpful as we continue to upgrade the property.

Nice overall

Overall, the place was very nice. Lots of cool features like a rainfall shower, firehouse theme, and a nice sitting area outdoors. The new toothbrushes and toothpastes were extremely appreciated. The floor was in desperate need of a cleaning, however. The bottoms of our socks were extremely dirty after walking around.
