We do want to clarify that the property is stocked based on our standard linen allocation, which includes one bath towel, one beach towel, and one face towel per guest the home sleeps, as well as one hand and makeup towel per bathroom. Hi Debra, Thank you for leaving a review. Your comments on the positioning of the bed in the room shouldn’t have been a surprise as it is clearly reflected in the booking photos. The unit you stayed in is one of our beach cottages that provide our guests with something a little more charming than usual. We apologize to learn the mattress did not meet your expectations. We looked through our messaging history and did not see any reference to the bed when we were communicating during your stay. The reason we want to mention this, our team is quick to resolve any issue you may encounter as our guest and we are disappointed we didn’t have the opportunity to demonstrate this to you during your stay. Had we known about the quality of the mattress, we would have provided you with a new one so you could have enjoyed the rest of your time with us. We have taken your review into consideration and have since replaced the mattress.
