Conveniently located near the city center, our home is 20 minutes or less away from almost every main attraction, hospitals for travel healthcare professionals, and universities for college students looking for a unique "dorm" experience. Our family-friendly home is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including smart TVs, a dedicated workspace, a landline phone, a laundry suite, a well-equipped kitchen, linens, towels, toiletries, and tableware. Both living areas have comfortable seating and charging stations to keep your devices energized. The upstairs living area also features a retro gaming console, darts, and much more.

Our bedrooms offer ceiling fans, soft lights, blackout curtains, a desk, and comfortable beds of varying sizes. Each bedroom has a private bath suite with a tub/shower combo upstairs and a walk-in shower downstairs.

Enjoy an evening of grilling or relax in the quaint patio area off the kitchen. Pick up local ingredients at the nearby H-E-B or Central Market and craft a meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. We have everything you need to cook up a storm, including an air fryer, blender, toaster, and baking accessories.

Girls’ Trip

We took a Spring break girls’ trip to San Antonio and stayed here for 4 wonderful nights! We had everything we needed and enjoyed this beautiful home! I highly recommend it if you are looking for a wonderful place for your trip!

Perfect place for the whole family

This place is a gem! Fully equipped with everything we needed and more to make our stay comfortable. The game room has lots of games the kids enjoyed and the decor throughout was so cute! Would definitely book again next time, the location was perfect too!

Great Clean New Property!

Great property at a great price! Everything was very new and clean. We really loved our time here. The treats and water were a very nice extra that we really appreciated. When in San Antonio we will stay here again!

Great house!!

Everything was really easy, great communication, directions to the house was spot on. House was super clean and had everything we needed. Very close to airport, river walk, and the Alamo. I would highly recommend.

Ladies Bowling Trip

Our team came for the state bowling tournament. The place was very clean. Was just like it was pictured. Right down the road from Walmart and lots of eating places. It was a vey relaxing stay. I didn’t even miss my pillow! Lol LaCresha was very helpful, very polite.

I cant say enough about this place, from the helpful people to the amazing place. Its beautiful and it has everything you would ever need. Stores and restaurants all around you. It was quite and peaceful. Family had enpugh space and also enjoyed stay. I will never rent a hotel again. You feel at home and its amazing seeing smiles on family's faces. 5 👍👍👍👍👍

Great Stay for New Year's Eve Vacay

This was a perfect alternative to booking a hotel stay in San Antonio for our family during our New Year's Eve getaway. The place was new, clean and well-decorated for the holidays. It was an easy 10-15 minute drive to the Riverwalk and to the AT&T Center for a Spurs game. We were excited on New Year's Eve to see that there were even fireworks right outside the door. I do recommend purchasing the insurance with this property ... my small daughters spilled some pink makeup they'd gotten as a Christmas gift (ugh!) and the ownership team just notified me they are filing an insurance claim to replace several damaged items as a result.

Super clean and great set-up

The property was easy to find, super clean and well kept! We went with three friends and our kids (5 under 5) to do Sea World and Morgan's. The house was perfect with each bedroom having it's own bathroom! The main reason we booked it! The area the house (outside of the new development) is in is a little rundown, but we didn't have any issues. Tons of restaurants and stores close! One issue we had is the patio area is not fully fenced and not super kid friendly. We would probably choose another property next time just because of that. Great place for older kids or adults! Everything was super easy.

Blown Away!!!!

I have to say, this was by far the best short term rental experience I have ever had. The check in process was a breeze. I had no issues getting into the house, logging in to the Wi-Fi or accessing entertainment on the TV. I logged in to my streaming apps with ease. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and I had no cell service issues with Verizon? Locally there are plenty of places near by to grab food, groceries or forgotten items because there’s a Target, Walmart, and H.E.B. all within half a mile. I even went to workout at Golds Gym which is near by. There was extra care given to this place. The decor was like something out of a magazine. Beautiful colors and comfortable furniture. I felt like I was at home. They must have had this home professionally decorated. It’s got an expert touch to it that I have not felt in other stays at other locations. This is now my preferred location when I am in the San Antonio area for business stays.

This Alamo Heights gem is nestled close enough to the main road (under construction), but far enough for quiet comfort. The open floor plan, expansive primary walk-in shower, & huge kitchen island are so welcoming. We are certain that you will be pleased with the brand-new kitchen amenities & toiletries provided. There are USB charging ports & wireless charging devices throughout the home for convenience. The upstairs laundry room is an added bonus. Nothing like luggage full of clean clothes on your way home. Log in to your account to stream your favorite movies/ shows on the 58” TV or try a round of darts.

Our home is located within an area that is under construction and there is a chance you may see a person who does not have a permanent residence. Don’t be alarmed. Your safety is our top priority as the home is equipped with a security monitoring, recording, and alarm system for your protection. Many of the neighbors in the community have monitoring systems as well and we watch out for each other.
