✹ GENERAL: You can enjoy access to the whole house during your stay. This home allows long-term stay.

✹ PARKING: Free street parking is available and ample.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: Free Wi-Fi is available and the dining table can be used as a desk during the day.

✹ FAMILY: Please note that this house is not designed especially for children under 2 years of age.

✹ PETS: This is not a pet-friendly home.
✹ Please note this is a home with shared walls and the number of guests staying in the home need to match the number of guests on the booking.

- Please let me know if you will be bringing a pet. Pets are more than welcome, and a pet fee of $50 per pet will be applied, which helps our cleaning team keep everything extra fresh and spotless for your stay
- No shoes in the home. There are separate living quarters in the basement and shoes created unnecessary noise - thanks for helping us provide a good experience for everyone!
- Please let me know if there is excessive noise coming from the basement, and I will take care of it. There are also earplugs available for night time use, as an additional measure.
- No open flame
- No parties or events
- Please throw out your trash bags behind in the bins behind the garage if you have a longer stay or a larger group. If the trash is left full for several days inside the house, bugs will become a problem.
-- Please note that even though we soundproofed the unit as much as possible, there may be some sound leaking from below or next door due to the fact that it is a townhouse.
- There is usually plenty of street parking, but please be careful and do not block any of the neighbors driveways - cars that are blocking driveways may get towed.
- Providing a clean home to guests on a repeated basis is critical to ensuring people can enjoy their vacations, as such please see below:
- No smoking. A $500 fee will be imposed if there is smoking of any kind inside the premises.
- If bodily fluids are left on the premises, a $200 biohazard cleaning fee will be imposed, along with the cost of any damaged materials and cost of cleaning.
- There will be stain removal spray in the home. If large and noticeable stains are left on rugs or couches and cannot be removed upon checkout, an upholstery cleaning fee of $120 will be imposed.
- Minors must not be left unattended
- If security cameras or noise monitors are tampered with, $500 fine will be applied
- Additional guests outside of booking are allowed on premises only after approval is given by the host
