A Family Retreat

This was a lovely property and perfect for our family. The kitchen was well equipped. It was so roomy and clean. My son and his family especially enjoyed the beautiful trails nearby. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely Rental in Kirkland

Our stay in Kirkland was significantly enhanced by the use of this lovely rental. Thank you to our host Pejhman, you were very attentive to any questions we had along the way. The house was exceptionally clean and airy and nicely appointed. Everything we needed was at hand. The house is in a quiet neighborhood within a short walk to a State Forest and a grocery store. It has two full baths and an excellent washer/dryer that is easy to use. It was raining throughout our stay, so we did not take advantage of its charming backyard, but, hopefully, on a future trip we will be able to do so. The house is definitely worth going back to. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

Great family location

This was a clean, well stocked, vacation rental that was perfect for my family. We were able to cook for six and enjoy the gorgeous back yard. Property manager has done a great job making this facility perfect for a traveling family.

Thanksgiving week with my elderly parents and autistic son

This house really worked well for us. My Mom uses a wheelchair outside and a walker indoors and this house was easy for us to access and for her to maneuver around. The two living areas gave the five of us space to stretch out and for my son to get some room to himself when he needed it. The kitchen was well-equiped, so I had no trouble preparing a couple of dishes for my family's Thanksgiving potluck. The house is right around the corner from a QFC which was very handy, and also very close to Big Finn Hill park where I went to run and walk in the woods every morning. All-in-all a great stay for a family with a lot of specific needs.

Cozy and sweet place to stay

Communication was very prompt and superb. Location was perfect. House looked in great shape and it was very clean. And the owner filled the house with everything you will need during your stay and they also thought about kids a lot which we liked. Our stay was comfortable and highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking to stay near Kirkland/Seattle area.

Family Visit and wedding.

We travelled from Eastern Canada for a family wedding. The house was very clean and well equipped, especially for people travelling from far away. We chose it based on location. Close to grocery store, family who lives out that way and the wedding venue. Added bonus was it was close to many walking/hiking nature trails. The street is quiet. I have no complaints, we really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were always quick to reply to our questions and were great at communicating with us.

Thoughtful Details

There were many thoughtful details to make us feel like home while we stayed here. We were very comfortable, the yard was perfect for the kids. This is the safest my family has felt staying in a vacation home. The surrounding parks were a bonus!

Amazing property

We travel a lot and prefer to stay in a house instead of hotels so we use a lot of VRBO properties. This property is the best one we've ever stayed in. It was clean, well stocked with essentials (toilet paper, condiments, soap, etc.), the owner was easy to get ahold of and very nice to chat with. We'd stay here again in a heart beat!

Great Property

Great property, well-stocked supplies in a quiet residential neighborhood with a nice back yard space. A full-service grocery store, pharmacy, gas station, Subway and Mexican restaurant are just a few blocks away. All pictures were accurate and the host was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood, perfect for a family

We stayed 3 nights with my parents and 2 children (ages 3 and 5). It was an ideal home and setting for our crew. Just a few blocks from the grocery store and a fun park. The house was clean and has a well stocked kitchen so we could easily eat in with a quick run to the grocery store. Fenced backyard so the kids could play without any worries, and a separate TV/game room from the main sitting area was a plus. Thanks so much!

We are a family of 6. Kids ages 13, 12, and 8 year old twins. We also have a Shiba Inu. We are in the middle of a PCS move from South Korea to the states and needed to spend six days in Seattle. This property was the PERFECT accommodations for us. We were so thankful to have picked this place. We arranged for a shuttle service to pick us up from the airport. It was an easy drive to the property. We easily got settled in. The house is newly renovated. It’s very clean & tidy. The decor was neatly minimal with bonus additions like toss pillows and blankets. The kitchen is fully stocked. There’s plenty of toiletries in case you forget anything. And we utilized the washer and dryer. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of walking paths and playgrounds nearby. There’s a grocery store within walking distance. We felt safe. The past three years we lived in an apartment, in a country with poor air quality and we left in monsoon season. Therefore, we found the backyard such a treat. It’s beautiful with lots of mature trees and plants. Plenty of room for the kids to play. I’m thankful the property had outdoor toys for the kids. The weather was perfect, so we spent a lot of time in the backyard. The poor neighbors probably aren’t used to loud kids, but they were so kind. The property is great for families that both need a crash pad after daily outings, or a place to stay and relax.
