This beautifully maintained home features 4 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, providing ample space for up to 8 to 12 guests. Each room is thoughtfully furnished to ensure a relaxing stay. 3 of the 4 bedrooms boasts a comfortable King size bed, while the additional room offers a full sizes bed.

This house is on the Sammamish River and we enjoyed all the ducks and geese that swam up to the dock. We were there a week with 7 adults and the space was very accommodating. We did need to restock on toiletries and bought some soap bars for the showers. It was the perfect location for visiting my parents at the Chateau Bothell Landing.

Best location ever!

We loved the property! Especially the location and back yard on the river. Drinking coffee by the river watching the birds and even a beaver swim by was so peaceful.

Great place to stay in Bothell

What a lovely, relaxing place, missing it already. Very nice neighborhood, convenient to Bothell / Woodinville and Seattle area. The back porch was so peaceful, we enjoyed lots of great family time. The host was terrific!

There were 6 older adults, plenty of room for visiting and the location was perfect! We loved being on the river. So peaceful. 3 night stay and we would highly recommend. All questions answered very quickly. Loved our long weekend!

Amazing house in a quiet neighborhood

The home was absolutely beautiful right on the river. So many restaurants within a short drive away. The home was very comfortable and super quiet relaxing area. The host was amazing, easy to reach, and even left a thoughtful gift. We travel a lot for spartan races and rent homes to stay in and this one was by far the most beautiful home. If you are looking for a nice quiet get away this is the home. The home was clean with comfortable spacious rooms.

Issues

Garbage disposal doesn't work, no teaspoons, only one pot holder (a mitt), no dishtowels or dishrags, (we had to use rags we found in a utility room) and only a partial roll of paper towels, no soap in the bathrooms, and only one dishwasher soap pod provided. No instructions for how to prepare the house for leaving, no instructions on how to operate the heat. The yard is in serious need of maintenance, the path to the dock is weed choked and treacherous. The interior of the house itself has been remodeled and is immaculate. The location and the terrace on the river side are charming, in spite of the weeds and grass growing up among the slate pavers. There were communication issues with the owner.

Dear I hope you had a safe journey home. I am reaching out regarding your recent stay at our property. Unfortunately, upon checkout, we discovered multiple violations of our house rules, which have caused significant inconvenience and additional cleaning requirements. Our listing clearly states that smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. However, there was evidence of smoking throughout the home, including in the bedroom, kitchen, and living room, with cigarette remnants found in the living area. This resulted in a lingering smoke odor that required extensive professional cleaning, forcing us to pause operations for several days. Additionally, while we welcome pets, guests are expected to clean up after them. However, we found excessive pet hair on the beds, uncleaned pet waste throughout the yard, and even traces on the furniture. Furthermore, an unknown liquid was spilled on the sofa, along with fine black debris, which required deep cleaning. Due to these violations and the extra cleaning required, we will need to assess additional cleaning fees as per our policy. We will be submitting the necessary documentation to Vrbo regarding this matter. We always strive to provide a clean and comfortable space for our guests and appreciate compliance with our house rules. Please let us know if you have any questions. Best regards, owner

I chose this neighborhood because it’s really quiet, and the neighbours are friendly and warm, also having the river in the back yard is absolutely beautiful for water activities, bird watching and fishing.

This place is very close to the highway, so you can get to anywhere you need to go with ease, however this place is so quiet that you can only hear nature. The river in the backyard is perfect for a stroll along the bank, fishing or bird watching.
