This oceanfront home boasts a large backyard, beautiful interiors, and a private path down to the sandy beach complete with a sitting bench for you to relax on while watching the sunset or watching the kids playing on the beach.

The family room is great for the kids to have their own space where they can play and enjoy themselves, complete with a TV, DVD player, and sofabed for extra sleeping space. Big windows upstairs give way to exceptional ocean views. Gather in the living room for cozy movie nights by the fireplace. There is also a perfect bench seat all along the windows to sit and read your favorite book in the sun or just watch the waves roll in.

The open floor plan lets everyone feel like they are a part of everything going on. Cook amazing meals in the fully equipped kitchen that is open to the dining area. You will love stepping out onto the deck from the dining area to grill while looking over the ocean and the yard.

Each bedroom has been thoughtfully outfitted. The bunk room will be loved by kids especially. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom.

Consider this the perfect place for you and your group to gather, prepare meals, play games, and enjoy one another's company on the Oregon Coast.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It was very cozy with a great location. Quiet and peaceful with no traffic. We had a nice walk on the beach but enjoyed the setting so much that we rarely left the house.

Great Location

The house layout and location was awesome. Kitchen was serviceable (stove is awesome for cooking). Access to the beach was PERFECT. The house itself needs some TLC, but that's to be expected with most rentals and the price somewhat reflects that. For example, a couple window blinds were broken prior to our arrival (I fixed one so we could open the window to view the ocean), the dinning room table's finish is failing and becoming sticky, and the carpets are pretty rough (common with a ocean rental). Though the cleaners did vacuum before we showed up, I noticed the vacuum filter and hose was completely clogged, so after fixing that we gave the carpets another vacuuming and that made a massive difference. Also, the parking situation in the driveway was great, but if you are concerned about your car's cleanliness, just know that the trees by the driveway will drip a rather unreal amount of tree sap on your vehicle. It took several hours to remove after our visit and you'll want to bring some window cleaner as I had to clean the windshield every time we left the property so I could safely drive. Lastly, there was only one key in the lock box (supposed to have two), which can be concerning from a safety standpoint. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and our kids DID NOT want to go home (always a good sign). Because of the layout, location, and price we'd consider staying there again.

Twin Rocks View

We stayed at this house with our family of four, including our 17- and 19-year-old kids. The adults took the bedroom with the queen bed and en suite bathroom, while our 19-year-old stayed in the room with the king bed and shared bathroom, which worked well for both kids. The only surprise was the bunk bed room — it's quite compact with two sets of bunk beds and very little extra space. Our 17-year-old, who is 5'7", found that her feet hung off the end of the bunk. She made the room work by using the extra bunk as her "dresser". Just something to keep in mind if you're traveling with more or taller children. That aside, everything else was fantastic. The view of Twin Rocks from the living room is stunning, and the easy beach access was a huge plus. The beach itself is beautiful. Very walkable. We were there in early June and the beach was practically empty. We enjoyed walking the beach about a mile into Rockaway Beach each morning to grab coffee at Joe’s. The beds were very comfortable; the pillows weren’t my favorite, but that’s personal preference. We only cooked breakfast during our stay and found the kitchen well-stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend both this house and the Rockaway Beach area. If we ever vacation in the same place twice, we'd happily stay here again!

Amazing views - easy access to the beach

If you’re visiting this quaint beach town, you want a view of the iconic Twin Rocks. The picture is a clear representation of the fantastic view you have from the rental home. The home can comfortably sleep 8 people and it’s located in a quiet neighborhood. We lived the 2 mi Ute walk to the beach from the home. The kitchen is large and well equipped to prepare meals. We will rent the home again!

Spectacular View of Twin Rocks!

Really enjoyed our stay… the location is wonderful and the view of twin rocks is spectacular! The new main living room couch is much more comfortable than the previous one. A few minor items should be improved such as some of the blinds in the main living room don’t work and the bath towels could be upgraded. Overall, the house was very comfortable. Thanks!

Nice home in quiet location and beautiful views of Twin Rocks

Good layout with large kitchen, living room and dining room all with breathtaking views of Twin Rocks. Nice sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Living room furniture was clean but not the most comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and was clean. Will stay here again.

Unclean and poorly furnished home in amazing location

This home is in a great spot just a short walk through the dunes to the beach on a quiet street. Unfortunately, the home was quite dirty and the furniture is falling apart. We arrived to a dishwasher full of clean dishes, the dryer full of damp towels (and the only 2 washcloths in the whole place), filthy carpets, dirty walls, and stained or ripped linens. If it weren’t for all of that it would have been a great stay.

Location, location, location!

The house is situated right on the ocean, with amazing views! We traveled north and south of the house, so it was centrally located. The kitchen was surprisingly stocked well! We like to rent houses when we travel and a lot of them have horrible pots and pans and very limited supplies. NOT this house all the pans, dishes, etc were great!!! The house could use a few updates, but that would not stop us from staying here again! I would give the house 10 stars if I could!

Amazing location

The views and beach access are fabulous, and house was clean and well appointed. As others have noted, the seating/furniture (particularly sofas) are quite uncomfortable, but we didn't do a lot of lounging at home, so it wasn't a deal-breaker for us. Ditto the TVs--older/outdated technology with no instructions for how to use. But the location can't be beat!

Family fun and Beautiful Views

Our Family stayed at Twin Rocks Haven for a week and it wasn't long enough. It was a beautiful home with fantastic views from the upstairs Porch. We could have sat on the porch the entire week! The private path to the beach was easy access for kids and older folks. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood as well. Our only suggestion is maybe adding a little bit more cushion to the couch to make it more comfy to sit on for longer periods of time, but it didn't take away from the comfort of the home itself. Beds were great and comfy for everyone. Appliances were all new and silent during their cycles. Will stay here again for sure!! Thank you so much!

Arrived 20 min early, no one there, was told by Vacasa that we could not enter till 4pm. Needed use of restroom after 4 hrs drive. Some utensils dirty in drawers and cobwebs on some light fixtures. CO 2 detector was in drawer ., could not find and making continuous noise due to low battery. Maintenance staff came out and was so wonderful to work with. View was fabulous.

Great location but filthy home.

The location was wonderful. Great view and easy access to the beach. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the home. Carpets were so dirty, we didn’t let our kids sit in them. Walls and front of kitchen cabinets had food on them. Shower liners were moldy. Blinds and curtains were broken and stained. Windows had finger prints all over them. Sand in sheets. The couch is an outside couch and it’s like sitting on concrete. The cushions were filthy as well. The kitchen didn’t have a lot of utensils like we were thinking it did. We were quite appalled at how unkept the home was, and sad that it didn’t meet the expectations of the website description.

Awesome view, easy and direct beach access

View of twin rocks was incredible! Easy very short stroll to beach right out back door. No steep climb and no stairs down to the sand which was a nice change! Very unusually 80 degree weather!!
