We loved how close this house was to the beach! There was some road noise early in the mornings, but at night the road was very quiet. I loved the windows in the house and the little path to the beach.

Amazing views and good location

This was a nice beachfront rental. Really fun to walk out the back door and down a small path into the beach.

Our family of four had a great week stay at this house. We could not beat the access to pristine miles of beach. We walked the beach multiple times per day. Being on Highway 101 allowed us to drive North to Cannon Beach and South to Newport so easily. Incredibly beautiful area a

Great location!

We had a great stay! We had a little campfire on the beach and watched the sunset. It was a very convenient location to the beach.

Great home

This property was exactly as advertised. Right on the beach with a wonderful view. We mostly ate in and the kitchen is well stocked. It is very homey. I would definitely stay there again.

Great little get away place.

Overall was a great place to rent. It was a little tricky getting to the beach as it was about a 5 foot drop off to get to the beach. Would recommend using the beach access one street over.

Lovely property

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again! The property manager was very responsive when we had questions. The location was very good - minutes away from the US-60 freeway which we were always driving on. Also very close to the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. The weather was a bit chilly when we were there so the hot tub was a nice way to cap off the evenings.

House is directly on the beach awesome views, also on the main road. Initial impression that it would be loud but did not affect us at all.

Great stay on the coast

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had been living in our trailer for a couple of months and needed a break. This was the perfect place. It has a beautiful view of the ocean along with a path to the beach. The place has plenty of sleeping options and a nice kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient with beautiful view

Comfortable house with great ocean view. Quick walk to the ocean. It is located right off 101 and by train, but layout of house made it pretty quiet and pleasant. Kitchen is pretty good but could use a small pot! We had our 90+ year old mothers with us, thinking they could take the two first floor bedrooms, but both beds were too tall for them to get in and out of safely. Overall though, we really enjoyed the house and would come again.

Rockaway Beach Rental

The location is great. Right on the beach. The online listing is accurate as far as it goes, citing new appliances (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster). The listing is silent on the pots and pans and utensils, which were minimal at best - 4 frying pans, one 3 quart pot (no lid), a crockpot, and two large kettles suitable for steaming crab), two glass bowls and one large metal bowl.. A more complete set of pots with lids, mixing bowls, and metal serving bowls would have been nice.. would have allowed us to cook a complete meal without having to wash and reused pots. A few hundred dollars at a 2nd hand store would do the trick. We'll bring a set of pots, cast iron pans and bowls the next time.

The location is nice. Weather was freezing at night and the electric baseboards heating system was inadequate to keep the house above 60 degrees. There were no extra blankets other than the one on the bed. There is a cold draft in the house. The bathroom upstairs is fine for kids, but an adult could not stand up in that room. The bathroom downstairs is very tight and challenging to maneuver out of the shower with only about 2 foot of space between. There is hardly a level room in the house. The house got us by for 2 days, but I would not stay there again or recommend to anyone else to stay there.

Lovely house- great view, not accessible

This house was super cute and only 35 steps to the beach. A great view! A few things of note… if you are obese, the space around the beds is very tight and would be impossible to get around if one was large. The shower is also very tight and awkward to get out of. EMERGENCY KIT NEEDED. I was alone my last night, just plugged my phone in to charge and power goes out. There is NO flashlights, no candles, no instructions on what to do if power goes out. I was in the dark from 6pm to 2am. And no wifi because of the router,. Every rental should have this Kitchen was good, but pans are horrific. They need replaced and are not worth using. Otherwise it was a GREAT house and I will stay here again. The management was great when I called because we dropped the key in the ocean and got us a backup right away. They were also very responsive when I finally called about the power.
