Juste un mot ......Exceptionnel !

Vacances en famille particulièrement réussi. D’une part l’appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter les quatre coins de l’île. La résidence est très agréable, très propre et très calme. Quant à l’appartement spacieux pour 4 personnes, c’est le Top pour des vacances. Susan la propriétaire a pensée à tout, voir au delà ! Pour l’intérieur, la déco est très agréable, l’équipement est plus que complet et surtout très propre. Le balcon est grand et la vue est superbe. Plus gros dilemme c’est le choix entre Piscine, plage ou baignade sur un même lieu .... À recommander sans hésitation. *****

This was a lovely condo to stay at for our vacation. It was very comfortable and the views are absolutely stunning. The condo was well furnished. I especially like that the owner left basic cooking food and storage items such as condiments, plastic wrap, oils and spices. I hate having to purchase cooking supplies only to know that they're just thrown out days later. I hope that we can stay again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was very central, making it easy to get around Maui and explore different parts of the island. The area was peaceful and quiet, and we loved how uncrowded it felt. We frequently had the pool to ourselves or shared it with just one other family. The beach was also quiet, with the busiest time being around sunset.The beachfront location was beautiful, and the sunsets behind the West Maui Mountains were gorgeous. We enjoyed the pool and shuffleboard, and the balcony was a favorite spot for morning coffee and relaxing.One thing to be aware of is that the sand on this beach is very fine and gets stirred up easily by the waves, so the water was often brown rather than the clear blue we were hoping for. I hadn’t done my research and assumed it would be clear, but this did not stop us from enjoying the ocean—we still loved it!There were a few minor things to note. The A/C had a little trouble keeping up during the hottest afternoons, but it wasn’t a major issue. We noticed some ants and saw one cockroach. We understand occasional insects can be part of staying in a tropical, beachfront location, so it didn’t ruin our experience, but it’s worth mentioning for future guests. The condo is also on the second floor, so luggage was a little difficult to carry up.Overall, we had a very relaxing and wonderful stay!

The views from the Lanai are simply stunning. The house was super clean, well equipped with basically everything you can think of from beach stuff, kitchen utilities and even kids games. The whole family just loved it.Host is super friendly and communicative. Only bad part is that we had to leave :(Highly recommended !

This property’s view and location was amazing. Unfortunately the unit was so outdated… it felt dirty to me. There were lots of knats flying around in the upstairs bedroom and mold in the downstairs bathroom ceiling that was covered up with paint. The owners never communicated the fact that the unit did not have a washer and dryer - which would have been a deal breaker for our family. I don’t think the price is justified. We will not be returning.

We are sorry to hear about your experience with the condo. We feel it is important to address a few of your concerns. Prior to your arrival, we did everything we could to communicate with you answering questions about the property, providing guidance on activities on the island and answering questions about the condo. Regarding the laundry facilities, the listing and the welcome letter both state that there is no washer or dryer in unit - we are sorry you did not see that when you booked, and I would have happily answered this for you upon booking and/or prior to your arrival. We also want to address the comment regarding mold in the bathroom. The unit, and property as a whole are regularly inspected and maintained, and guest safety is always our top priority. We would never paint over mold, and there is no known mold issue in the bathroom. Any markings observed are not mold-related. This is something we take very seriously. While we regret that your experience fell short of expectations, we appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best on your future travels.

This place is all about the view! It’s amazing! The inside is not only not updated, but hasn’t been touched in probably decades. The appearance is so old it does feel dirty. The mattress was also so hard we had to buy a foam topper. We also never received check in info, so when we arrived at 11pm, we had to call VRBO to help us connect with the host since they weren’t answering their phone. That was frustrating as we were very tired. Some attention is needed to this place.

Rented this place with high expectations. When we arrived it exceeded every one of them. This place is truly a gem! We went with friends and I was praying it was nice. My friends couldn’t get over how great it was. Thank you for sharing your wonderful location.

Loved Our Stay!!

My family of 5 stayed here for 14 days in July. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend it.I did a lot of research before booking, and the pictures and reviews of this rental are 100% accurate. When we arrived, we were greeted with the stunning view of the beach from the living room / lanai. Lindsay also started us off with a gift of Hawaiian coffee and chocolate macadamia nuts. A very nice touch!Our 3 kids stayed in the upstairs and my wife and I stayed in the downstairs master bedroom. There are two twin beds upstairs, so my 3rd kid slept in an air mattress (which we brought and left for future renters). We went to Costco and Safeway were able to prepare meals for most of our breakfasts/lunches. The kitchen had everything we needed.The laundry room is in the next building about 100 feet away. There is one washer and one dryer and the machines take quarters and also digital funds through an app . Note the hours of the laundry room are 8AM to 8PM and the keypad locks down access outside of these hours (I learned this the hard way).I spent a lot of time on the lanai which overlooks the beach. It’s an amazing view!! I felt that Kehei was a great base for us to explore Maui. Some great restaurants in Kihei. Safeway was 8 minutes away and Costco was 20 minutes away. The beach is literally steps away from the unit, and that was one of the perks of this unit. There were tons of little things at the unit that helped. Off the top of my head, thes

Great Spot

The condo was perfect for our party of 4… 1 baby, 2 parents, and a friend. Spacious and clean with a beautiful ocean view that greeted us every morning and gave sunsets every evening. The property had everything we needed to feel at ease right down to the Tupperware. Located in a perfect spot for small trips out of Kihei. The beach with direct access was walkable and allowed for plenty of outdoor adventure without having to drive anywhere. We will definitely come back!

Stunning Views & Maui vibes.

When you walk into the listing you’re greeted with the same stunning ocean views as in the photos, very accurate. The decor fit the Hawaiian feel and the pool was an excellent size to swim and chill out. We had plenty of space. Host even let us have a late check out due to a late flight and that was so convenient. The only thing to mention is the response time on the host is on the slower side but she was so helpful. Would definitely stay here again and bring others.

Paradise from your own lanai….

Firstly, Susan was so wonderful to deal with- thank you for being so welcoming and accommodating- we really appreciated the late checkout- with a 3 year old toddler with us…he was able to nap and that made such a wonderful difference to our last day in paradise. The view is amazing! Would love to stay there again someday soon.

Great location and layout of condo was perfect for family

We had the please of spending 6 nights at this amazing unit. Location is perfect for getting around the island. Amenities were exceptional everything we needed and then some was available. Beds were extremely comfortable and the kids loved the space upstairs to themselves. Pool, parking, beach access and local attractions made this place even more amazing. Would highly recommend!!!

Beautiful View

Kihei is the perfect place to stay when visiting Maui. This condo has a fantastic view and was well stocked. The pool was great but not heated so brrrr until you got used to it. We had a fishing pole stolen but our fault for leaving it at the base of the stairs. Funny they left our beach stake and tackle box. Loved our stay and will book again when we plan another trip to Maui!

Stunning is the right word for the location and view. The evening sunsets were beautiful.The condo has everything you need for a week of staying in or going out. Kitchen is well equipped, plenty of towels, and lots of beach gear.Couldn't ask for a better spot. We would definitley stay again!

Great beach walks and sunsets

The sugar beach area is great for long beach walks. The water is clean and swimmable. We enjoyed the pickleball court on site. The nearby bakery and shave ice shop are great! ABC store is close by, but you d need a car when staying here. The pool was clean, but unheated. The unit easily accommodated 2 couples. The upstairs bedroom was warm at night with the max A/C setting @72. Kitchen well supplied. The furnishings and unit are due for updating. Based on the photos, we got what we were expecting.
