Ma'alaea Surf, Unit E4, est idéalement situé au rez-de-chaussée, à quelques pas de la grande piscine. Il a été entièrement rénové en octobre 2015. Cette unité est bien meublée, dispose d'une cuisine complète et une deuxième chambre et salle de bain.

Profitez de la vie en plein air face à l'océan sur votre grande véranda privée avec suffisamment de sièges pour six. Les belles plages qui bordent la propriété offrent non seulement des vues spectaculaires, mais aussi une baignade, une plongée en apnée et un kayak exceptionnels et sont parfaites pour des promenades tranquilles ou du jogging. Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time at the Maalaea Surf in E4 and we were just as impressed as our first time. The resort location is super convenient, about 10 to 15 minutes from the airport and shopping in Kahalui, but in a very quiet area not quite in Kihei. The unit is updated and very clean directly in front of the big pool with the sandy beach just beyond that. Lots of room for our family of four. The only slight negative was that on our first trip, the in unit laundry was available, but this time it was locked up. But there are laundry services right out the front door, so it was really no big deal! We will definitely be back, and are so appreciative of the wonderful service we have received by the resort managers!

Fantastic Stay

The condo is in a great location away from the hustle and bustle. It was super clean and well stocked when we arrived. You basically have the pool and beach to yourself. There are other guests in the other condos but everyone was mellow and respectful. There is really no reason to leave. The kitchen was the best kitchen that we have had in a rental (and we've rented places a lot.) The ONLY critique of the kitchen is that the knives are so incredibly dull that you risk cutting yourself when you try to cut a pineapple or watermelon or pretty much anything else. Sherry and Malea made check in easy. Malea is SO helpful. Super positive energy and a pleasure to work with. I hope that the condo association really appreciates Malea because she's the real deal. We will definitely book this condo again as long as Malea is involved. Here are a few tips that are not anything negative about the condo but just general things to know if you book this place: 1. It is kind of off the beaten path. We didn't have a car at first and the bus stop was close but the bus was infrequent and it wasn't very easy to get an Uber. We ended up booking 3 days after we got there through Turo which worked great. 2. We took Speedi Shuttle from and to the airport and that worked out great. 3. We used the Maui Grocery Delivery. I would NOT recommend doing this. The prices were ridiculous and there were so many awful substitutions. I heard many other guest complaining about the same thing while around the pool and beach. I didn't know we would have a car eventually. Had I known, I wouldn't have done it. I also talked to others who used Costco delivery and it was much, much better. 4. The beach outside of the condo is not a great snorkeling beach. If you're into snorkeling, you'll need to drive elsewhere. However, it is a GREAT swimming beach. That worked just fine for me.

It was the first time we had stayed in unit E4 and were very pleased with the unit's location as well as how set up the kitchen was. The grounds were beautiful and we love the long stretch of sandy beach. We very much appreciate working with Malea and all the assistance she provides. We are already looking forward to returning in 2025.

The grounds are not as beautiful as they have been in the past. But probably the floods. Malea/manager is great to deal with. The maintenance man was unfriendly and aggressive and yelled at me when I was looking at the outside of another beach front condo I wanted to see if I could rent. I placed a chair outside in the ground cover out of the wind one day and also got yelled at. He only needed to tell me nicely. That was upsetting

Ma’alaea Surf Resort E-4

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was absolutely beautiful, well stocked, comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, right by the large pool entry with a view of the ocean. We had friends staying in for other units and this unit was definitely the most luxurious but still made you feel right at home. The people running the resort were super friendly and helpful, even when we were hit by the natural disaster of the devastating 2023 Maui fires. The property maintenance is impeccable, there was always someone outside raking, sweeping, picking up the pool, cleaning up common areas, etc. management was also very understanding with our large group of people hanging out and having a great time even later into the night. I would definitely stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: Our family of four visited here in August 2017. The proximity to the beach and pool cannot be beat. We have always stayed in the Kaanapali area of Maui, but really liked the quiet, laidback nature of this location. The condo itself was beautiful, with many unexpected high end finishes that made us feel very pampered. We will be returning!

One small issue the ceiling fans click so can be annoying while sleeping. Housekeeping has been reduced to 2 times a week from 3 so not as nice as previous experiences. The property manager and Reatail manager are excellent, They are the best at what they do, they are always accommodating and respond to all request as quickly as possible. E 4 is a great location the only thing I could mention is maybe a new couch and two occasional chairs, the chairs in the living space could perhaps go in the bedrooms to put pillows and clothes on instead of the floor.

The Best Vacation Spot on Maui

The grounds are beautiful and the central location cannot be beat! The property managers were awesome; friendly, helpful and really made everyone feel like special guests! Over the years with costs increasing, the daily to not daily maid service has changed. During our visit and winds were non-stop and there was a lot of dirty dust. I am totally happy to clean the unit, but feel that more cleaning supplies could be a part of the condo (ie mop, rags, bucket, cleaning products).Love the Maalaea Surf Resort Instagram! Keep the sunrises and sunsets going!We can hardly wait to return! Thank you everyone!
