The living area is the home's focal point, successfully combining the soothing living room with the spacious dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Large windows allow the natural sunlight to illuminate the house throughout the day and, together with the tasteful décor, create a feeling of warmth and coziness.

The same ambiance can be enjoyed in the second living room, offering another fantastic area where you can unwind after an unforgettable day of sightseeing or soaking up the sun by the pool. It also features dedicated office space to set up your laptop and attend to business.

Three comfortable bedrooms to offer all the relaxation you need after a thrilling day of beach hopping and exploring Largo and the picturesque Tampa Bay.

If you don't feel like going to the beach but still want to cool off and work on your vacation tan, you don't have to go farther than the enclosed swimming pool area, leading into the private Backyard with a lush, well-maintained lawn.

When you've had enough of the great outdoors, you'll be able to retreat to the garage and have a fun tournament to decide who takes the crown of the vacation ping-pong/pool champion.

Great House and Location

We celebrated spring break with the kids here and this house was our hub home as we traveled to Weeki Wachee and down to Venice and back. It is in a central location, the house was clean and equipped for a convenient stay. We had fun with relaxing pool side and entertained ourselves with the ping pong table. Nice quiet neighborhood. I was wondering if anyone else even lived around it was so quiet. Many places to eat and shop nearby. We enjoyed the stay very much!

Fantastic!

I rented this place so that I could go to Phillies' spring training with my adult son, DIL, and two grandsons, ages 9 and 7. We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely house. The pool was awesome -- heated, enclosed (no bugs), and lots of cool pool toys! The kitchen was well-equipped and the entire house was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

The best family vacation!

We had the best family vacation at this property ! Our Kids are 4 and 9months and the property owners provided everything we needed: pack and play crib, high chair, pool floaties , so many beach chairs, umbrellas , beach wagon etc. it was the ultimate vacation home! There was nothing that was missing. Communication with Dmitry was fast and super helpful. We loved the heated pool and drove to beachside dinner each night within 10 mins. Cannot stress how perfect this place is for families and we can’t wait to return again! (Loved that we all had our own room! No need to share with baby haha)

Perfect Vacation Home!

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The house is equipped with everything we needed, from cooking, relaxing and going to the beach. It is a great location for exploring the area and trying out several beaches. There are many great restaurants close by and the food was great everywhere we tried. The communication with the owner was very easy and he responded quickly every time I contacted him. This rental is very clean & well cared for. It has high quality, top of the line ammenities...(appliances, linens, kitchen supplies, beach supplies). We loved it so much we already reserved this rental for a month next year!

We enjoy staying at this vacation home whenever we come visit with our families.

The inside of the house comes with other entertainment features such as large flatscreen 4K Roku smart TVs featuring with Netflix, Amazon and Hulu as well as TVs in every room. Other unique features include beautiful Florida room entertainment space with spacious couches that will fit an entire family for a movie night. Additionally you will find a foosball and garage offers entertainment space such as pool table and professional ping-pong table. We designed our vacation home for self pleasure and our guests to enjoy. We also offer amenities for the beach like beach chairs and umbrellas, cooler for your cold drinks and a beach wagon to help you carry stuff to the beach.
