We had a fantastic three-night stay at this beautiful waterfront home in Tampa Bay. The views were stunning and the peaceful setting made it an ideal escape. With it being such a hot weekend, the pool was an absolute godsend-crystal clear, refreshing, and the perfect spot to cool off and unwind.The home itself was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We spent time on the patio enjoying the breeze and watching the boats pass by.The host Melinda was responsive and made everything easy. Would absolutely recommend this place.

Great place for summer fun!

Great location on the bay and centrally located to attractions. We kayaked in the mangroves and the kids fished if they were not in the pool.

Great house for an adult family!

The house was absolutely perfect. We were in town for a funeral and had all of our kids stay with us. There was plenty of room for everyone but also had a great outdoor area for all of us to relax. The house was nicely stocked and we didn’t need to bring anything with us. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Home and Location!

Our stay was amazing! The house was extremely comfortable, renovated, and the private yard was extraordinary. There was plenty of space for our family of four and the location being so close to the airport and downtown Tampa was great. Highly recommend and will certainly stay here again when returning to the Tampa area!

Everything was great. Close to the airport and downtown. Only problem we had was the hot tub works on a heat pump and we couldnt the temp past 94 degrees

The perfect birthday weekend

We planned a short family getaway to take in a ball game and get some much needed sun and warmth. First of all, Mother Nature cooperated, which gave us plenty of time to enjoy the pool and patio at this excellently located home. It was perfect for us! Each couple had their own room, the home was well appointed with a comfortable great room and the pool was the best, especially the shallow level. Our granddaughter loved her first experience of swimming and we had such a relaxing time. Plenty of towels, dishes, laundry products and even shower amenities and lotions. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out , grilling on the patio and hanging by the pool, and we were close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Relaxing retreat

The property was extremely clean and well appointed with everything we needed and more for our stay. With generous supplies of thinks like k-cups and shampoos etc. The setting is incredibly peaceful, we enjoyed lots of fishing from the doc. We dreamed it too cold to test out the kayaks but it was February! There are plenty of stores within a short drive including Starbucks and Publix. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

We are always trying new homes on the water with kayaks to explore and fish new areas. This was one of the best houses! It is stocked so well, great location, very comfortable and clean.

Above and beyond

This stay was lovely. It's a beautiful house. We loved how several doors led outside and helped create a common area. Thanksgiving night we had a fire, several in the pool, cooking. Also, the house was better stocked than any house we have rented. The bug spray literally saved our Thanksgiving. There were so many towels, cooking pans, lotion, shampoo..etc.would absolutely stay again.thank you!

Wonderful house for our family getaway

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here! It was clean, and spacious, inside and out, stocked way more than we expected, close to anything we needed. We liked everything about it! It made such a difference to our trip to be able to stay at such a fantastic property. We look forward to coming back!

The property was as advertised in appearance, cleanliness, size, accommodations, amenities, and neighborhood. We had a minor inconvenience with the pool that was handled before we were even aware of it and an inconvenience rebate was applied to our account proactively. The major inconvenience that couldn't be corrected over the weekend is the failed shower in the master bedroom. It appears that there was a leak from beneath the shower pan. This kind of repair couldn't be done overnight so we were left with only one shower amongst 5 individuals for our stay. I communicated the issue to management but I don't believe there was any follow-up during our stay. A bit of an inconvenience but we made it work. I'm not sure how long something like that went unnoticed but if that's corrected I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay

We visited the Tampa area to see our daughter. The house was just as described. The communication was quick and informative. We received reminders to take out garbage and recycling on certain days. Overall very comfortable, roomy home with open kitchen. Well stocked kitchen, which is so helpful! Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

Beautiful Renovated home on Bay

Great location close to airport, amenities, and on bay. Communication of PM was only through email on items but did get back to us on the sticking front door. Needed better instructions on TV operation (several remotes), pool was chilly and needed temp, moved up. Lack of mirrors for women, and could have used another full bath. So very clean. Would recommend to family and friends again.

Such a wonderful moms weekend!

We were in town for the Eagles-Bucs Monday night game and had a fantastic weekend. The owner was so responsive and super helpful leading up to our stay. Check-in was smooth and the house was just beautiful, better than the pictures. We had an amazing time lounging by the pool and were very close to the airport, the stadium and downtown Tampa. The kitchen was very well-stocked, the bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and the couches were large and comfortable for late night tv watching. Fabulous weekend!

Made great memories!

We rented this house as “home base” for our daughter’s wedding. It worked out perfectly! Home was well stocked (honestly above and beyond well stocked from every other home we have rented). Owner was very responsive when we had an issue and it was addressed immediately. Highly recommend.
