This completely remodeled, single-level Old Florida Great Room-style Home is a 3 Bedroom 2/Bathroom Pool Home perfect for up to 8 guests. Nestled in a quiet, single-family neighborhood just 3 blocks from Indian Rocks Beach, it’s your gateway to the perfect beach vacation.

Step inside and be greeted by the warmth of sunshine filtering through the windows and new high efficiency air-conditioning system, and the cool comfort of ceramic tile floors throughout. Two Bedrooms contain spacious king size beds. The third bedroom boasts 4 XL-Twin bunk beds, perfect for families or groups.

Unwind and reconnect around the sparkling heated pool and lush landscaping in your large private backyard. Feeling creative? Enjoy a private outdoor dining area fit for any occasion

Stay connected with fast internet for those working vacations. Included is a large screen monitor compatible with Apple devices.

The house was wonderful! Everything we needed for a great family weekend! We loved hanging out in the pool while watching the Kentucky Derby. Golf cart was a great extra and made getting us & all our gear back and forth to the beach. We would definitely stay here again! Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic stay! The house was extremely clean and well stocked. Perfect amount of space for us and our two teenagers. The backyard with the pool and grill we're the cherry on top. Highly recommend staying here.

Our hosts met us at check-in, reviewed all features of the home and back patio and pool area which was great. The house was very cozy and with extended family also staying, all of us had ample room areas and privacy. Would definitely stay again!

I don’t think the pictures do this incredible beach house justice! The hosts truly thought of everything, down to every last detail. The location is absolutely perfect and the golf cart was a game changer to get to the beach and cruise around town. We parked in the hidden/special golf-cart only parking on 19th street and couldn’t get any closer to the beach. The pool area is lovely. Lots of games and puzzles for the family to enjoy as well. We wish we could have stayed longer!

This property was perfect for a family vacation. Our girls enjoyed the bunk bed room, and a pack and play and high chair was available for our youngest. Easy access to the beach with the golf cart, and all the beach stuff you need (chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler). The pool was great so the kids always had something to do, and its a beautiful pool area to just relax. There are also multiple playgrounds and a nature preserve very close. We had a great time and really enjoyed the area!

This little slice of paradise exceeded our expectations by far! Our family of 5 rented the house for our summer vacation for the week and had everything we needed. The house was clean, had beach chairs, towels, wagon, cooler, and sand buckets for the kids. Location is perfect! Walking distance to hurricane eddies which is the local watering hole, the beach, coffee shop and restaurants. The golf cart was a definite plus to hop on and cruise gulf blvd to head to dinner, local shops, and exploring. The pool in the backyard was such an oasis, watching movies at night while swimming was a definite highlight of our trip for the kids and geckos and frogs hopping around. 10/10…. Highly recommend!

Great beach stay

The house is in a great location close to beaches and some really good restaurants. Pinball was fun to play with the family when we had some time in the house. The pool is nice to relax in after a long day at the beach. Golf cart is great for beach runs as well as trips out to eat. The owner Don is very helpful and responsive if we had any questions.

The property was even better than the listing described—it was incredibly clean, stocked with everything you can possibly think of, and the location was perfect for a quick ride (in the golf cart) or walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Really nice pool, tons of beach equipment including chairs and a wagon. The beds were comfortable. Host was super nice, responsive and helpful with checking in and answering any questions we had. He even gave us a list of recommendations for local entertainment and places to eat. We will definitely stay again in the future!! 5 ’s!!

Perfect Vacation Home

Don and Sharon are wonderful hosts that provided everything you needed, and then some. The property is in a great location close to beach, parks, shopping, and night life. It is in great shape and with the pool and golf cart had plenty of fun to offer. Backyard and pool are like being in a resort. Plan on going back!

Spacious and quaint

This beach house was the perfect place for our family gathering. I stayed here with daughter, sisters, and nieces. It’s was a wonderful woman’s beach retreat location. Perfect place to gather

We met with long distance family here for a long weekend to celebrate a 65th birthday. This house was perfect with a fun pinball machine inside and a beautiful pool outside. The golf cart was a great addition to cruise over to the beach or to go to get ice cream, food, or shop. The owner's are also super kind and informative of the area. Would stay there forever if I could!
