These 5 bedrooms are BEAUTIFUL! The star of the show is the bunk bedroom (jungle room), which is filled with two full-over-queen bunk beds, one tube slide, 2 tunnels, foosball table, air hockey table, smart TV, & comfy seating.

There are 4 remaining bedrooms; one with a king bed (master), two with a queen bed in each and one with queen over queen bunk bed. All bedrooms have their own smart TV, closet and mirrors.

There are 3 full bathrooms throughout this home. The first bathroom (on the first floor) has a toilet, 2 sinks, & a shower/tub combo. The private ensuite master bathroom has a sink, toilet, walk-in shower, and standalone tub. The third bathroom is located upstairs and it has one sink, a toilet, & a shower/tub combo. We provide bath towels, pool towels and sheets

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
The kitchen is bright & open, with brand new stainless steel appliances. With lots of counter space and bar top seating (6 stools), it's a great kitchen for entertaining!

Just one room over is the dining room, which is bright and welcoming. The formal dining room seats 12 (plus 6 bar top seats in the kitchen, for a total of 18 indoor), and there is also a second dining table in the backyard (seats 10).

As you walk into the home, you're greeted with the big, open living room, which has tons of comfy seating and a fun, tropical design! It's a great place for your movie or game nights, where the whole family can sit together in this cozy space! You will also find 2 arcades in the living room!

This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We ask that you please respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours between 10pm- 9am. We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all of our guests & neighbors. We do not authorize any parties or events at this listing.
This home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a
private, fully-fenced backyard. Under NO circumstances will our guests be
authorized to trespass onto any of our neighbors’ properties.
Other things to note:
This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras (only one on the front door), for your safety and peace of mind.

Pool heating: is free from charge. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

Pet Fee is $20 fee per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
