Although you are just 8 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach and just a short distance from Clearwater beach, you may not want to leave this serene back patio where you can unwind and soak in the peaceful atmosphere. Maybe have a refreshing drink under the Tiki hut for a change of scenery, while taking in the surroundings.

Want a bit of adventure on the water? We got you covered. Take a Tandem Kayak or paddle board ride and explore the area. If you have a boat, ask about bringing it.

When you walk inside, you will see that no expense was spared from this beautiful living area with a secret garden in the front living area to the main family room overlooking the serene waters of the intercoastal waters.

We took the time to find local artwork to put throughout the house and a local muralist to paint the art you see by the front door, pool and wall. We had a local sculptor create original tiki polls through the property. From the mailbox when you pull in the driveway to the front and back pieces you will find. We also had an original tiki designer from Hawaii come in and build a tiki hut for your outdoor eating or sitting pleasure.

You will find this home so relaxing you may not want to leave. With lots of open viewing space to enjoy, you can sit and watch the birds and squirrels visit the back yard to feed off of one of our 4 feeders or the squirrel feeder by the back porch.

Take a walk around back to the right and you may enjoy some time in the side garden. You are welcome to enjoy a piece of fruit from the papaya or banana tree, if ripe.

Take the Kayak or paddle board or both out for a sunset ride or some daytime exploring. Fish off the dock or just sit and enjoy the wildlife. From egrets coming up to steal a drink out of the pool, Osprey perching and enjoying their catch or a pelican or two dive bombing their dinner, you will be surely entertained.

Fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, large formal dining table, lovely living room with electric recliners and built in USB charging ports, an 85” smart TV with cable and streaming channels and an Xbox with 2 controllers that plays through a Sonos Surround Sound.

Not only is every bedroom meticulously maintained and beautifully decorated, but it is also functional and comfortable in this split plan home.

A guest favorite is the Starfish quarters:
This queen room has an extremely comfortable adjustable bed to enjoy the view of the waters from. You can access the pool here. With double paned glass patio door it keeps the noise down if someone is playing in the pool.

The blue anchor roomy quarters:
A comfortable queen bed with headboard lighting and phone chargers both on the bed and nightstands, Large smart TV with streaming and cable and lovely sitting chair. There is enough room to put your things in here and be comfortable.

The water can be seen from the master King bed, through a sliding glass door. Large smart TV with streaming and cable channels. Bright cheery, skylight bathroom. Master bath has large roomy shower.
