This is a fantasy property and great location. I would stay again. My only recommendation would be more blankets. The ones on the bed are very thin and there are no extras. Aside from that, I have no complaints. The sunsets are to die for.

The Beauty and the Beach

This rental is a little gem in the perfect location. Just across the street from a lovely beach, restaurants and bars in walking distance and yet quiet and secluded. We stayed for a long weekend with family and the rental was perfect for adults and kids alike. Would definitely book again!

Amazing location - phenomenal views

My young family and I enjoyed our time! The location is perfect with the beach just across the street. The house was clean and had plenty of towels. We look forward to coming back next year!

Great location

This property is conveniently located on beautiful Sunset Beach. The beach is steps away from your door and the there’s even a great beach view. Communication was excellent from the property manager and this was the best stocked rental property that we’ve ever stayed in. Bring your suitcase and prepare to relax!

We had an excellent stay! Everything was as described and was gorgeous. My family and I had enough space to stretch out and the pool/hot tub was amazing. The sunsets were outstanding from the deck! We loved being able to walk to several local bars and restaurants. Tyler was an excellent host! We would love to come back!

Family Vacation

This was our second time staying at this property and this time we had a 1year old along for the trip. The house is fully equipped for babies, and it was immaculate when we arrived. We love the location and how close it is to the beach. We will be back for sure!

Tyler is an amazing host, the property is absolutely great and the location super convenient! So many extras from an accommodations perspective that are not "usual" with VRBO's. 5 star review if you have a group of 6 adults looking to stay in the area!!!

Best location in all of Treasure Island

Stayed in Treasure Island every year for 40 years. By far the best location ever. 60 seconds to CADDY's, beach, or Tiki Bar. Fantastic balconies facing the beach and Gulf waters. House is perfect with fantastic huge jetted spa. Great people watching. What a find!! Book it!

Treasure Island Weekend

House is super modern and spotless. Location is amazing, enjoyed Caddy’s across the street and 7eleven one block away. Steps to the beautiful beach. Tyler was amazing to work with, answered our questions timely. Don’t hesitate, this is the one! Book it!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This location is absolutely perfect. House is beautiful. Great furnishings, decor. Super comfortable. Has everything you need. Jacuzzi is an extra bonus. Only downfall was lack of water pressure in sinks, most notably the kitchen sink and lots of stairs which we don't mind, but older folks may. Mgr super accessible and helpful as well. Highly recommend!!
