Discover your dream retreat on the mid-south side of Saint Simons, ideally situated near the vibrant shopping and dining options of Redfern Village, and just a bike ride away from the beach. This stunning property has been beautifully renovated is 2021.

Step into a perfect outdoor oasis featuring a fire pit and a heated saltwater pool, ideal for relaxation and entertaining. The property is completely fenced in, providing privacy and security. Inside, you'll find three spacious bedrooms filled with natural light, including two primary bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathrooms for added convenience and comfort.

New heated salt water SWIMMING POOL and firepit in the back makes for great family memories and fun.

Quiet, residential neighborhood in lovely surroundings.

Fireplace in great room, and large 60 inch tv all open to kitchen and dining. Fully equipped kitchen.

Pool area worked out great

The house was clean, the pool area was nice and relaxing and had great places to sit and relax plus a few lounge chairs. We like to grill as well and there is a good one down near the pool. 2 large king beds upstairs and a queen on the main floor. Location was 1/4 mile to gnats landing/southern soul bbq off frederica. Easy to get to everything.

Soaked it up in SSI

Place was amazing- Decor so beachy! Having private pool to soak in beyond words. Chris had quick little helpful welcome videos that were so helpful. Chris available and checked in for any needs.

Golf and scenic trip

The guys played golf for 4 days while the wives shopped and took scenic drives which they said was awesome. Everything was great with the house and we could only make 1 suggestion and that would be it needs darkening window coverings since it gets quite bright in the am and the neighbor's outdoor lighting kinda shines through. Thanks Mike

Wonderful vacation getaway

Our group loved this house for our vacation. Private pool in the back yard was a huge hit. The enclosed patio off the back door was also a nice area to sit a relax. We would absolutely love to come back and stay here again! Close drive to the beach, restaurants, and shopping!

Wonderful Beach Vacation!

We had the best time on this vacation. The house is perfect in every way. Chris has thought of things you didn’t even know you needed - down at the pool and forgot to bring towels? No problem - there is even an area with fresh pool towels waiting for you. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I have stayed in - there is not a utensil or piece of equipment you could want for. The house was beautiful and so clean, beds so comfy. Location is perfect. Pool could not be beat. Chris is an excellent host. We will definitely be back again.

Great family vacation house

This is our second year coming to stay at this house. We love it so much! It is close to everything, great for a family, and the owners are just amazing!! We can’t wait to come back (hopefully) for a third year next year!!!

Great House SSI!

The house was exceptionally clean.. The owner was wonderful about communication and made the entire process easy! The house is inland on the island but everything is within a 5min drive.. The pool was great for our family. We would happily rent this property again.

Amazing Home with a Stunning Pool & Excellent Location!

Our trip was amazing! This house is comfortable, clean, and perfect for our annual family spring break trip. The host is very responsive and provides great tips for your visit. The pool is the highlight of the trip. It is heated and well-lit at night with colorful, fun LED lights. It was an incredible trip, and I highly recommend this house. We will return!

Would stay here the next time we visit!

Loved the house. Everything was clean and functioned well. Perfect size for our family of 4. We loved the (heated) pool. The location was ideal - short drive to East Beach, and easy access to all the good local restaurants. The host Chris was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. Prompt with his responses and made great recommendations. We would very much recommend this house to anyone staying in SSI!

Love the island and home.

The owner is great to work with if you have any questions. The property is amazing and exactly as represented. This was our second stay at the home. The pool is a great addition! Great location! We have stayed many places on SSI and this is one of our favorites…the only thing that could make it better is to be within walking distance to the beach. 5 out of 5 rating!!

SSI Weekend

Layout of the house was perfect. We each had our own master suite. The outdoor area was inviting and comfortable. The fireplace inside was fun, the kitchen well stocked and the decor beachy and fun.

Great place

Rental is very clean, great location and there was everything we needed to cook with. The pool was my favorite just floating about and area was very quiet. Would definitely go back again and also recommend to friends and family.
