Welcome to Coastal Cowbell!

Our unique coastal farmhouse-style home with a modern and organic design is centrally located on Saint Simons Island to shops, restaurants, and nightlife!

The fully fenced in backyard has a beautiful salt water pool, surrounded by a tree canopy, 4 pool chairs, 3 umbrellas, yard games, and a gas grill, ready for family fun in sun. A wall of glass doors, invites guests into our open living space with a gas remote stone fireplace, smart tv with sound bar, and unique white leather reclining couch. Our backyard is regularly treated for mosquitos to make for an even more relaxing atmosphere. The glass door is also has an air curtain to help you cool off on a hot day. Opening up to the kitchen, fully equipped, with a gas range, traditional coffee pot, and whole house water softener. There is plenty of seating for the whole family with 8 chairs and 3 bar stools, on the island. Also located in the main living space is the washer and dryer behind modern barn doors.

The first bedroom is located at the front of the home, with a queen bed, smart tv, and ensuite bath, which has a modern glass shower and floating vanity with ornate floor tiles. The second bedroom (Marine Room) is off the living room with a queen bed, smart tv and a closet with a barn door. In the hall is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, porthole mirror and farmhouse flare. The master bedroom (Green Room) is across the hall with a king bed, smart tv, access to pool, and an ensuite bath, which has a sanding glass shower and a skylight.

Located only 5 minutes (1.5 miles) from the beach, this is a great property to spend a quiet and relaxing vacation at the beach!

*This is commercial grade pool with built in step for easy entrance and exit.*

Plane enthusiasts delight! This home is in the flight path of the SSI airport so you will get to see an occasional plane overhead.

Please Note: A $250 refundable security deposit is due at the time of booking. A $100 non-refundable reservation fee which is applied to all reservations and is not refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Saint Simons Heights, a neighborhood in St. Simons Island. Saint Simons Island Pier and Bloody Marsh Battle Site are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Massengale Park and Neptune Park. Captain Scott Owens and Summer Waves Water Park are also worth visiting. With fishing and swimming nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

Great Property and Great Hosts

First of all, the home is beautiful, and the pool is one of the prettiest in any of the properties (that I have rented) I have ever seen. The Hosts are very accommodating and responsive. When we first arrived, we had couldn't figure out how to work something in the house and I contacted them and within less than 15 minutes someone was there to show us what to do. I would definitely recommend this property and hopefully we can return!

Fabulous stay at a fantastic property

I have travelled A LOT - several countries, many states, from Dallas to Des Moines and dozens of other spots. I've never had a more quiet comfortable stay than this one. The property matches the advertisement, the communication from management was timely and informative. They responded quickly with any questions. The price was good, and I would stay here anytime I am back in the area.

Spring Break

My husband, 2 boys and I enjoyed the house over spring break. It was in a nice neighborhood and the house was well appointed with all that we needed. The beds were VERY comfortable and we enjoyed some family game nights with the selection of games provided.

The property was beautiful exactly what we needed. The house was a few mins drive to anything we wanted to see on the island. Loved it and can't wait to come back!

Golden Stay

Communication between rental company and us was terrific, they sent reminders and were available for any questions. House was beautiful, roomy and homey. Plenty of space and clean. Quiet street close to shops and other sights we wanted to see.
