The perfectly landscaped ground floor offers outdoor seating, corn hole platforms, ring toss, a Weber gas grill, and an indoor seating area complete with a TV. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons). Group events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, student groups, etc. are strictly prohibited.

Take some time to relax on the incredible screen porch featuring an impressive brick fireplace that anchors the wall overlooking private marsh and pool. Enjoy a meal or morning coffee on the two Resin Rattan modern sofas or casual dining area with seating for eight people. This space also features a hanging TV in the corner of the vaulted ceiling and a modern rug over the hardwood floors to complete this cozy living space.

Enter the house through large glass doors and enter the living area filled with plenty of natural light. On your left, a luxurious 11'+ sectional sofa anchors the living area across from a hanging smart TV.

Straight ahead, the dining area offers a large modern-style table with seating for eight. This is perfect for a family gathering to enjoy a fantastic meal.

The open kitchen is fully equipped for a home chef; it has a stainless Whirlpool Gold series 5-burner gas range/hood, a double-door refrigerator, dishwasher, Sharp microwave oven drawer, rustic solid-surface counters, and a farmhouse stainless sink. Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room with a washer/dryer and a beautiful coffee bar.

From the kitchen, turn right into the foyer. Here you can access the screen porch or enter the double doors to the primary bedroom suite. This is luxury vacationing at its best, from the king-size bed to the walk-in closet. A private hall leads to your island spa with a huge step-in soaking tub with shiplap wainscoting, a walk-in double-headed shower, a marble vanity - double sinks, bronze fixtures, and a private toilet.

From the kitchen, you can access the third floor. First bedroom on your right - two queen-size beds with bright vintage wallpaper, modern sisal cream and rug, and a hanging Roku TV.

Continue down the galley hallway to a shared bath with a walk-in shower, a single sink, and a private water closet. On the landing is an extra-length twin bed sofa & pullout trundle to be used as a reading/ relaxing nook. Another bedroom offers a king-size bed, TV, and a large closet.

Guests will enjoy a wonderful outdoor living space with the 6x19 swimming pool, which can be heated upon request ($45 / day), two poolside living spaces (one with roll-up glass garage doors for indoor/outdoor living), a Weber gas grill, and a full bathroom with a shower.
