Great Location-Close to Everything. Adorable 3 BD/3 Bath Cottage with Pool!

Renovated 3 BR/3BA with pool on St. Simons Island. This cozy cottage is on a quiet street that is just blocks from the beach and the Village.

Adorably decorated this is the perfect place to stay for couples, families or friends looking for a SSI getaway. Instagram worthy with full mural on pool shed. A great spot for photos from a memorable vacation!

3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has it's own private bath! The house has 2 master bedrooms with king beds. The second master includes a desk/work space for remote work. The third bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed.

The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The living area is spacious with large flat screen tv and dining area.

The home is on a large lot with plenty of parking. The fenced in backyard includes a private pool and green space with room for outdoor games. Pool heating is optional.

Family Tides guests love the location of the home. It is close to several public beach access points, the Village, Demere Park (playground), pickleball courts, the King and Prince resort and some of SSI's best restaurants.

Make the most of your time on the island: take a beach stroll, lounge by the private pool, or just relax. This cottage has plenty to offer everyone!

Booking, checking in and out was a breeze. Our questions were answered swiftly and accommodations were pleasant. We enjoyed our family vacation for the Thanksgiving weekend and everyone agreed we would be back!

Our favorite St Simons getaway

We love St Simons and we love this home on Cummings. Its our 2nd stay and it is perfect. 3 bedrooms with on suites, screened in back porch, private back yard, and a pool. Couldnt ask for a thing more!! We will always come back!

Second stay at this house

This was our second stay here and are already planning our next! It has EVERYTHING you could need and more which makes packing for the trip a breeze. The heated pool is a major bonus in the fall. We ate out every meal, made daily trips to the beach and did sightseeing and never drove more than 5 minutes the 5 days we were there!

St Simons

Property was exactly as described. Quiet side street location, minutes walk from beach and restaurants. Pool was clean and a welcome chance to get some Sun without having to leave the house. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We stayed at property for part of our girls trip. Adorable house. Cute backyard/patio. Walking distance to beach and to shopping/food. Perfect for a girls getaway. Loved st simons. Would definitely book again if we have opportunity to visit st simons again.

Great for families

We really enjoyed our experience at this property and Saint Simon island. The property was great for our family of 5 with children ages 6 and under. We walked to the beach in morning and spent the afternoon in the pool. The owner was very responsive to any questions and provided great recommendations. I have only been home one day and have recommended the property to a friend.

Worth all the 5 star reviews!!

Mike was amazing and so was the property. Proximity to the beach was perfect and the amenities the house came with make time at the beach a must. Don’t worry you can always come back to the house and relax in the pool. Perfect little gem of a home. We will definitely be back.

The property pictures dont do it justice! It is such a quaint cottage but very roomy and has everything you need for a stay on St Simons. Every room was well stocked and the pool area was divine. We love St Simons and this home was just perfect for us and Mike was available via text with any questions!! We will be back!

Perfect cottage & location

East Beach is the perfect location on the island. It is close to everything. The house is well stocked and very clean. Check out was a breeze. The pool as pictured is small but it was large enough for our family. So glad that we could heat the pool as it was unusually cool for the Memorial Day weekend. As other reviews mentioned the 3 BR & 3 bathrooms was invaluable. Our family included grandparents, parents and grandchildren.

Wonderful property!

The house is wonderful! Each room has it’s own bathroom, and the beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the layout is great because if someone is cooking they can still converse with others in the den. The pool is perfect, and was a great start and end to each day. Lots of pool additions, so no need to bring noodles or floats. And there is cornhole, which we enjoyed. The location is great too, quiet street and you’re close to the village and not far from the Harris Teeter. Some restaurants we enjoyed included Palmer’s Village Cafe, Porch, Palm Coast, Iguana’s, and Moo Cow. Michael is very responsive, he’s a great host. Very relaxing, would stay again!

Christmas and New Year's Day Stay

I can't say enough good things about this host and property! Communication with Mike began months before our stay. He was extremely helpful and offered lots of information for planning our holiday get away. The property is lovely with a very well equipped kitchen for preparing meals. Being away from home for Christmas was a first for us but this was the perfect property to have a relaxing day. We had the pool heated and were able to enjoy it as well. We will definitely be back! To any future holiday guests-We did notice after Christmas that Barbara Jean's at the pier village had signage on the tables that they had been open on Thanksgiving and Christmas day (limited hours). It would be worth it to give them a call if you are struggling with holiday meal plans-and as a side note, they have delicious crab cakes!

Perfect girl's getaway!!!

This place is DA BOMB!!!!! Perfect set up for our 3 lifelong friends' vacation. The house is warm and inviting, with all of the comforts of home. LOVE that the 3 bedrooms each have their own bathroom. What a convenience for those that want the privacy. Location is great, neighborhood is quaint and quiet. Love St. Simon's Island and would rent this place again and again. Mike is a "super" host. Quick to help with anything you may need. Always just a text or phone call away. The only thing I would suggest would be to put a tv in the first bedroom, making each bedroom its own little piece of paradise! Loved EVERYTHING about this rental and would HIGHLY recommend it to anybody planning a trip to SSI. 10 out of 10 stars!!!!

We are siblings and purchased the home together for our family and friends who love the island as much as we do.
Jill is the artist and along with her best friend and fellow artist, Kristen, they have made the cottage a cheerful escape with one of a kind artwork throughout the home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Being from Georgia, we have always enjoyed the charm of SSI. When we saw the location of Family Tides on the island we knew we had to have it. It is close to everything that our multigenerational family would need and the tucked back street of Cummings Lane is nice and quiet.
