As Crescent Beach Club has a 14-day minimum term, any references within this advertisement to periods of less than 14 days are included for advertising and website reasons only and those references do not change the requirement that you will be renting the home for a minimum term of fourteen (14) consecutive days. Reservations are set for two-week minimum periods throughout the year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Wonderful vacation

Exceeded expectations and would recommend this property to anyone. Only obstacle was weak internet and had to go to certain location which the owner already advised they will be updating.

DON'T STAY AT VACASA PROPERTIES!

Do not stay st any property managed by Vacasa. The place we rented was lovely - but we had to deal with construction noise from the unit next doir, from 8-5 every day. Then all water was shut off. Two days before the end of our stay we were asked to shut off the water due to a leak in the floor below. This was after 11 p.m. We were promised maintenance would be there at 8 a.m. the next morning to reoair and restore water. We set our alarm to ensure we would be awake. No one ever showed up. Multiple texts ensued where we were lied to about the problem being worked on. Staying on the 20th floor, we were told we could use bathrooms in the fitness facility on the 2nd floor. This was the total solution to the problem. Meanwhile we had no water. Maintenance at the facility said there was nothing they could do because the property was managed by Vacasa. (This was after they got us to agree to let them tiurn off the water, promising 8 a.m. service.) Again, Vacasa did nothing to attemot to fix the problem. The fact that they ruined the last 2 days of our vacation fell on deaf ears. In over 30 years of staying at the Gulf, I've never had such bad treatment from a property management company. Nor have I not been informed of major construction noise which would prevent quiet enjoyment of the property. I'll never stay at another property managed by Vacasa. . .

Exactly As Described

As a former resident of this property, my family and I were amazed at the beautiful remodeling, superb upkeep, and easy access to our vacation home. The space was exactly as described. Yes, there were a few blemishes, but definitely the best vacation property at which we have stayed. Please note, however, that many full-time residents are not pleased about short-term leases, and property security officers have been instructed by the condo board to enforce policies that most renters would have no way of knowing about. We saw this happen twice during our stay, resulting in hefty fines for the renters. Nonetheless, this is a five-star choice.

Toilet issues in 2 of the 3 bathrooms

We had my 85 year old parents with us and the guest bedroom toilet had major issues. We had to have it serviced 4-5 times as well as the hallway toilet. They could not use the master bathroom due to the step to get up on the toilet area. Last dat they came out and Apparantly changed the flusher handle on the hallway toilet. It didn’t work and swirled as if running all night. The issue unfortunately was a constant issue during our entire two week stay. The unit and view is extremely nice and looked as advertised. Two other observations. 1. We had to lay a beach towel on the floor at the base of the front door to block the wind flow and loud sound, so I would suggest putting a new weather strip in. Second, the outdoor cushions on the “couch” set up on the balcony are extremely stained and dirty so I would suggest replacing those. I’ve owned a rental property for 13 years and understand how these things pop up occasionally but, I really do think the plumbing needs to be evaluated on the two toilets I referenced above. Dan

It was really nice. The only thing is it was suppose to be supplied with toliet paper and paper towels there wasn’t any we did have to go buy that.

Spectacular Views, Awesome Condo

This penthouse is wonderful. It is bright, gorgeous, spacious, well maintained, and well-equipped. The views are to die for. The double balcony (maybe 50 feet wide?), all the way up on the 20th floor, gives you surreal views of Clearwater Beach to the north, as well as dead-on views of the Gulf. My phone has never been so jammed with spectacular sunset photos. The views from inside the apartment are also breathtaking. And Crescent Beach Club II is a very special place.
