We had a wide range of ages traveling together, and this beautiful, clean condo hit the mark for all of us (age 2 through 85). The location and view were great for sitting to relax and watch the birds, boats and dolphins. There are so many shops/restaurants and the beach within a short walk. I was able to drop off the older members of our group, and still run the vehicle back to park at the condo then return on foot to join the group for most restaurants in the area. The beach and pool were great too. All the furnishings were in great condition and very comfortable.

The property was advertised as "Mom Clean", and it was! Great location and condo which is perfect for family gatherings. Exceptionally well maintained and nicely furnished. Bryan was a fantastic host who quickly acknowledged us from initial rental through check-in and check out. Rented this condo for a family visit with children and grandchildren. Many nice extras. This truly was the best Vrbo property we have stayed at and look forward to visiting again. Very happy!

We enjoyed our stay here so much. The communication with Kim, the property manager was great right from the start. She met us at check in and went over everything. The owner really thought of everything you could need. Everything was spotless inside. They even provided beach chairs, towels, beach toys, and a wagon to haul it all across the street to the beach. We saw dolphins right from our balcony and also from the beach across the street. We also chartered a boat which picked us up right from the dock. We would 100% stay here again!

The Dockside #202 was beyond our expectations! We loved proximity to everything, large unit, extra amenities provided. Bryan was great host and communicated places to eat we all loved! Will stay here again anc hope to return soon!

The beach was within walking distance however it was very crowded so we chose to drive down to the Palm Pavilion everyday. The beach was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay!

Bryan was a great host. The condo was in a great location overlooking the bay and minutes from the beach. The interior of the condo was beautifully decorated with plenty of space for my entire family.

We have been using VRBO for many years and have never had such a positive experience as we had with Bryan. This choice of rentals by far exceeded our expectations. He was the first host who has ever met us on arrival! The home was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL and decorated so tastefully. The space was perfect for all of us. It was in a great location with beautiful views that included dolphin sightings as well as stingrays and a manatee! The home was well stocked with basics and was spotless on arrival. We usually have a routine whenever we rent a home to spend a bit of time at first cleaning bathrooms, running the dishwasher with items we will be using etc. This experience was different. We walked in and Bryan’s home was beyond “mom clean”. We didn’t have to do a single thing but dive right into vacation mode. He was very responsive to communication in a timely manner and made great recommendations for dinner and activities. The location was perfect and walkable to everything which was a bonus not to have to rent a car. Thank you Bryan for making this experience the best yet!

Our family Made great memories staying here. The layout of the condo especially with young children for privacy was more than what I expected. The location was excellent we walked many places and enjoyed every moment of that walk.

The condo was amazing! Lots of room, very clean, well stocked, and great location. Everything we needed for this multi-generational trip! The grandkids wanted to stay there forever! I would not hesitate to recommend this to friends and family. Can't wait to go back!

One of the best VRBO stats we’ve ever had. Wonderful condo layout provided lots of room and privacy for everyone. The owner was incredible and helped us find all the right restaurants and excursions during our stay. Would highly recommend a tiki boat tour and fishing. Access to the condo’s dock is incredible and provides such convenience for excursions (we were picked up off our own dock). Just a great week.

Family vacay

We loved or condo and location. We could walk everywhere. Anytime we needed anything the owner was quick to respond. The pool was out of commission but we were a ble to use one across the street. We really enjoyed our stay.

I am so sorry the pool was out of commission the last 3 days of your stay due to an unexpected maintenance issue. But, lucky for us, there is a second pool we can offer our guests on rare occasions like that. In the last 5 years, I can only think of one other time the pool was closed for a few days. So, it is a very rare occurrence. Thank you again for your positive review. We look forward to seeing you again sometime soon!

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Walking distance to beach shops and restaurants! Beautiful condo -saw dolphins out front. Bryan was always responsive if we had a question. Greeted us when we arrived which was great! Loved the place !

Best Friends Getaway to the Beach!

We recently stayed at this property with my family (4) and our best friends (4). We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. Brian was extremely helpful and accommodating. The condo was packed with everything we needed for tons of beach fun. We will absolutely be returning!
