The condo was nicely furnished and clean. Plenty of beach things, ie, chairs, umbrella, beach toys, canvas cooler much to our surprise. The rental was flawless, from booking to check in.

Beautiful place, beautiful location

I spent 8 days here and everything was great. The condo was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. Location was perfect, very peaceful and not crowded. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Very clean and well stocked condo. Nice quiet area. I wish more restaurants in walking distance but would stay again. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony.

Thankfully this unit is only about a 10 minute drive to many places to eat on Clearwater Beach and IRB, and it is within walking distance to the Shops of Sand Key with several different places to eat!

The condo was newly remodeling with updated furnishings. There was a welcome binder with local restaurants and things to do.

Perfect condo for our family of four. Updated throughout with nice furniture. Everything in the complex was easy to access, and the views are 2nd to none. We will be back!

Perfect Location

We had an amazing stay at this condo! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The views are beautiful! If I had one complaint it's that the pool rules are strict (no floating devices, no snacks), but that certainly didn't detract from our stay.

What a view!

Gorgeous views and great location! Everything was exactly as described! Close enough to busy Clearwater Beach without actually being there so always something to do! Loved the little shopping/dining plaza only being a 7 minute walk. Would definitely go back!

Stunning views

We loved our stay here. The property and accommodations were comfortable and well taken care of. They had everything you could want for a day at the beach including chairs, coolers, and toys. The view was amazing and that fact that you could just walk down to the beautiful beach below was incredible. All of the amenities at the condo were nice too. We had a wonderful time.
