Having been an exclusive private home up until now, this penthouse on Clearwater Beach has been transformed into a beautiful vacation home, the spacious living area has a vaulted ceiling, making the space feel light and bright. There are sliding glass doors that lead out to the spectacular West facing balcony, open the doors and windows to enjoy the ocean breeze, listen to the sounds of the surf, or close them, and enjoy the quiet and privacy you deserve

This penthouse corner apartment has a large balcony you can enjoy all day, it is deep and shaded with both dining and reclining chairs. The other three balconies also have Gulf views: two to the East which also overlook the pool and one on the north side.
In addition to the great room with numerous windows and a soaring ceiling, there is a cozier, enclosed sunroom with beach views, perfect as a yoga studio, reading nook, or game room.

We loved all aspects of this stay. We set on the balcony every morning and watched the sunset from the balcony every evening. The condo was spacious and comfortable and so beautifully decorated. We walked to most places, it was that convenient. Made the best family memories. Highly recommend!!

A beautiful vacation

This place is really wonderful in every way! The location is absolutely perfect for a family with young kids for convenience and for anyone else for its beautiful views! The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, peaceful, and the living room view of the beach and the sunsets makes you want to stay here forever. The host thought of everything for our stay, from extra toothbrushes, to towels, to all kitchen supplies, beach gear, baby gear, they literally had everything you could need to be comfortable. We were also really impressed with how responsive they were to every question. At some point the elevator broke maybe from the lightning and before we were even aware of it, they were already on it and it was being fixed. The whole building was very clean, with good people all around, and great maintenance. Our only regret is not staying longer. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous week on the beach at this lovely VRBO

This rental is so lovely and welcoming! Located on the gulf coast in Clearwater, rental has a large living area, kitchen and 3 bedrooms making for a very comfortable stay. The condo has a pool and this unit has views of the gulf from almost every room. Hosts were welcoming and responded to us quickly when we had a question. Of note, the hosts have thought of everything! They have coolers, extra sunscreen/sunglasses, baby gear if needed, and pool/beach toys. They left a lovely basket of snacks upon our arrival which is so nice especially when traveling. The area is quiet and family friendly and direct beach access and sunset views cannot be beat. Highly recommend this condo!

Perfect Clearwater Vacation

This is a gem on Clearwater Beach! The condo is exactly as advertised. It was very clean, well stocked and the communication with the management is excellent. The location is great, very close to several great restaurants and only steps to the beach, but far enough away from the busier resort area. The storage locker for beach gear with the chairs and cabana provided is a big plus as well. The pool is also very nice! We hope to return soon!

The best family vacation rental !

We have used many VRBO properties in the past and this is truly the best ! We enjoyed it thoroughly. Everything was excellent; the service, communication, check-in, location (right at the beach), the apartment is beautiful, clean, many amenities, beach chairs and toys are available, the pool is warm and great, restaurants are in walking distance, dedicated parking and great balcony seating. Overall an absolutely relaxing and fantastic vacation ! We typically say we are looking forward to go home after one week, not so here, we would have loved to stay longer ! Our thanks goes to everybody involved and the owners !

Picture Perfect

We loved everything about this property. The location was ideal-- walking distance to the Clearwater strip, but far enough to escape the beach crowds from the big resorts. The condo was laid out nicely and everyone in our family of 6 had plenty of space. Kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals. The views from the condo were spectacular. I loved the smaller size of the building-- it was very quiet even during busy busy spring break. The pool was heated and very clean. The decor in the unit was contemporary, but warm and inviting. Condo owners had excellent communication when anything came up and responded within 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this property and would return again.

Awesome location

The property was very clean, modern, and accurate to the advertisement. The views from all the balconies is truly breathtaking. Saturday was a crazy busy day in Clearwater with traffic congestion and lots of foot traffic. As the weekend ended the traffic dissipated and was no issue at all. This condo is close enough to walk to most shops and restaurants, however, its far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle of the congested hotel area. The beach and beautiful clear golf water was my favorite part. The beach chairs and canopy supplied by the condo made the experience very comfortable. The only issue I had was on two occasions someone parked in the assigned condo parking space. Overall my family and myself enjoyed our stay immensely, we will be back and will be staying at this same condo.

Great place to stay

Communication was top notch. Any questions we had were answered quickly. Location was perfect. Far enough away from the real crowds on the beach but close enough to walk everywhere each night. The place was great. Would rent again if ever in the Clearwater area.
