Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

Perfection!

Amazing little place! We stayed in unit 6 and you can't beat the view. Nice little closet to store your luggage. Had coffee maker and dishes. A 45 second walk down to the beach. They even have chairs and umbrellas you can take down there with you. There are lots of things to do around. Lots within walking distance. Only complaints would be the shower curtain. It blows in on you making it very difficult to shower and soaked the floor. A heavy plastic liner would fix that. You have laundry access, but it is limited and the dryer did not dry our clothes. A lot of light comes in the front door at night. Would be cool if those outside lights weren't so bright. The fire alarm also has a flashing light that blinks all night. The listing said the rental came with paddle boards and kayaks which it did not. Overall, the pros heavily outweigh those couple of "cons". Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Amazing location on the beach

This condo was very clean and cozy literally steps from the beach and ocean. We were happy about the large closet and fridge and the kitchen had all that you need to make small meals. We also enjoyed the coffee maker and the filters provided. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking at the water. An outdoor grill and outdoor dining area was very important to us and it didn’t disappoint. We definitely will recommend this place.

Hard to beat that view!

This is my third trip to IRB, and my third rental facility. We booked about a month out, to celebrate our babymoon, and had a lovely time. We really enjoyed our trip and thought Beach Bungalow Place was a nice, affordable place to call home for the week. Our condo was clean and provided everything we expected. We'd definitely prefer a king bed, but understand space is limited in a studio! I will say, if you're a light sleeper, bring an eye mask, ear plugs and a noise machine if you'd like a quality night of sleep. PROS: The ice machine is a game changer, especially when packing a cooler for the beach each day. Very nice amenity! The box fan also came in handy, especially at night to drown out the AC kicking on & off. The chairs supplied are very nice and sturdy. They are a little heavy to carry back and forth to the beach, but manageable. There were two umbrellas left there for folks to use, but we brought our own sunshade, which provides much more shade. Free laundry facilities on site was nice as well. We just used the dryer, as the washer had a sign saying there was bleach in the washing machines, so I was too scared to ruin our clothes. Having a designated parking space was a nice perk. Always knowing you had a place to park after dinner in the evenings, instead of hunting for a place. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating that was available for each unit, and the large dining tables/chairs. It was nice to sit out each morning and evening to enjoy the beach and sunsets! The grounds were very clean and well kept, and that view is remarkable! CONS: We felt a little bit micromanaged with all of the rules and the LYNC system. The pillows were flat as pancakes, even with 6 of them provided, they provided ZERO support. Here's where your eye mask would come in handy.. The smoke detector flash is extremely bright, almost strobe like, and lights up the entire room all night long. I understand safety is important, but it was quite annoying. Also the shade on the front door does little to block out the outside light. The AC kicking on sounds like someone opening a door, so needless to say, we didn't sleep well. We had the box fan and a sound machine going, but it was still very loud. This wasn't a con for us this time, but other guests were disappointed there weren't kayaks/paddleboards available to use as seen in photos. When they reached out to property management, they were told that those were unavailable, but no other explanation as to why. Overall, we would recommend this condo to friends and family, with a warning of the above caveats. I think we'd return to Beach Bungalow Place, but maybe stay in one of the lower units next time!

Absolute Perfection

I would be completely nitpicking if I were to say anything negative about this place honestly. The only negatives we experienced while we were here were the other guests on site, which is no fault of the owners or rental company, it's simply a lack of decency on the part of other humans unfortunately. This little slice of heaven had all the comforts of renting out a beach house but without the commitments or the costs that would've come with that. We could've stayed for much longer and been happy as clams. We truly wanted for nothing - it was sheer perfection for a couple looking for a small slice of heaven on a private beach away from the hustle and bustle of the busier beaches.

Beachfront is fantastic but nicer shops are far away

Overall a great location, but a/c starts with a loud clack all night. I'm pretty good at setting up kitchen, but there wasn't even salt,pepper, oil, nothing which made cooking decent and healthy difficult. There is some good ice cream across the road and DJs Crab Shack is pretty good, but all the businesses up and down the peninsula are pretty junky. This place is best for people who don't intend to leave the property and don't care about food quality.

Beauty of the Gulf

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our room and the entire property were clean and tidy; the pictures are accurate. The view of the Gulf with the palm trees swaying in the breeze was beautiful, and we truly felt like we were in paradise. Everything about the property encouraged us to be outside -- the sea kayaks, the firepit, the shaded picnic tables. When it was time to rest, the room was larger than we anticipated, and it was perfectly quiet (you can't hear your neighbors when they are in their rooms, that's a plus!) If you happen to be here during a busy season like we were, one suggestion is to make reservations well ahead of time for a supper meal. We were surprised how busy the restaurants were, even at 4:30 pm!

Great beachfront location!

Amazing Beach View

Such an amazing place to stay. The room is exactly as pictured and has such an amazing view. The parking is a dream as you have your own space right next to the room. The beach is right outside the room. The room was also very quiet and even though the complex was full I didn’t hear a single other guest not even their tv. Definitely will be back to stay! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
