From this second floor one-bedroom unit, you'll have the best of both worlds - Intracoastal views from every window and a mere 20 steps to the surf and sand of the Gulf!

The Space:

The unit underwent an extensive, all-inclusive remodel in 2022, including new flooring, kitchen, bathroom, paint, all new appliances, all furniture, doors, features one King bedroom, fully remodeled and stocked kitchen, large dining area with table and seating for four guests, fully remodeled bathroom, new furnishings throughout, shared use of very large ground-level deck situated directly on the sand, in-unit laundry facilities, and so much more! Offering a casual feel, this is the ideal space for a single or couple. Please note all TVs are equipped with ROKU or similar streaming services. Local channels subject to availability.

Enjoy luxury linens, towels, and toiletries for your stay along with an initial supply of kitchen paper and detergents to get you settled. This unit also features an in-suite washer and dryer!
Several charcoal and gas grills are available for your convenience. Enjoy the exclusive use of one reserved parking spot, with ample, free street parking for your convenience. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and even children's toys are available for your use and convenience, though availability is not guaranteed as the tropical weather conditions in Florida are known to take a substantial toll on such items.

*Please note: Renovations to the ground floor to repair the damage from the 2024 hurricanes may begin soon. This condo is unaffected, but there may be some daytime noise that will be maintained to work hours and kept to as minimal as possible.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of this unit, on-site and easy access to reserved parking for one vehicle, along with beach supplies room, gas grills, and all other common areas.

The Neighborhood:
Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint and welcoming community centrally located between Clearwater & St. Pete. One of the most popular of the barrier islands. Indian Rocks provides countless dining, nightlife, and a host of other entertainment options await you. You're within walking distance to several dining and shopping options just north on Gulf Boulevard, including: Villa Gallace, Crabby Bills Seafood, VIP Mexican, souvenir shops, CVS, and many others. Just approximately two miles south, enjoy the entire region's best culinary experience available at famed Salt Rock Grill, where the seafood menu is built daily and depends entirely on the haul of their private fishing fleet at the close of each fishing day.

Around town, John's Pass, our county's busiest tourist attraction is 6 miles south on Gulf Boulevard. Restaurants of all flavors and price ranges line Gulf Blvd. in both directions between St. Pete Beach to the south [20 min.] and Clearwater Beach to the north [20 min.]. Additional attractions within 30 minutes include: The Clearwater Aquarium, featuring Winter the Dolphin from the acclaimed Dolphin Tales, the beautiful Dali Museum and revitalized, vibrant downtown St. Petersburg and new Pier, and home of the Tampa Bay Rays Tropicana Field just to name a few.

Just a 35–45 minute drive will take you to Tampa, where you'll want to make a stop in Ybor City, the CruisePort, International Plaza, Busch Gardens Amusement Park, Lowry Zoo, and countless other points of interest. Even a quick diversion to Disney World and all Orlando has to offer are just an hour east of Tampa.

Getting Around:
Getting around is simple, with around-the-clock Uber availability, and our very own “Jolly Trolley" offering bus service every 30 minutes at all points between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach! Care to get out and really explore?

**Promotions subject to black-out periods and not valid holiday / special event weeks** On the Rocks #16 is strictly non-smoking. Evidence of smoking inside or outside a unit will result in assessment of a $500 deep cleaning fee. There is a designated smoking area on the SE corner of the complex by the street. Must be 25 years of age or older with valid credit card to book, and valid ID is required at check-in. Self check-in is available 24 hrs. a day. Please be respectful of the guests before and after you by adhering to published check-in time of 4:00 p.m. and check-out time of 10:00 a.m. NO PARTIAL REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECK-OUTS. We will never charge a "resort" or management fee of any type. Total price of your stay includes cleaning and all applicable taxes. Please note the insurance damage waiver, if purchased, is for accidental breakage or loss of items inside the unit only. Intentional or negligent actions will not be covered. Negligent, intentional, or fees such as those for excessively soiled or missing linens and towels from the unit, excessive cleaning charges, smoking, pet, and over-stay charges are not covered by the waiver and will be charged against the credit card on file used for this transaction. Guest authorizes us to charge this card in the event any of the above charges are assessed.
