Beautiful spot right on the beach! Prefect for a couple or a small family. Tons of places to eat within walking distance. Host was extremely communicative and very thorough. Place was very clean. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and will absolutely be back.

We enjoyed our stay as the beach view was beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and all the appliances worked. Would have liked a 12 cup coffee pot but everything else was good. Neighbors were very nice and the people above us were not noisy so enjoyed meeting them. Very clean

The place is exactly like described and in the pictures. Very relaxing and chill. The ability to walk straight off the patio and onto the beach was amazing. When the beach was its busiest, there was still plenty of space to set up and relax without feeling like you were crowding. The location was great, with easy access to the trolley which we took up to Clearwater one day and down to St Pete another. Highly recommend this spot!

The location could not have been more perfect—just steps away from the sand with breathtaking ocean views right from the back deck. The condo itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy furniture. The sunsets are unmatched! I can’t recommend this place enough, definitely a repeat for us!

Amazing Location!!!

Absolutely perfect! Walk straight out to the beach! My 2 daughters and I stayed 4 days and this cottage was perfect! So close to the Trolley stops to Clearwater or St. Pete. Hosts were great at communication during our stay! We cannot wait to go back!!

Horrible experience

Rented this unit in September for our stay in March. Was notified 60 days prior to visit that this unit was not complete but should be done. Sharon was very helpful with holding another unit and keeping in contact over the update on the unit. 2 weeks prior we were told that the permits were not approved so Sharon gave us a unit that had been canceled. We were told the unit did not have an oven but did have a grill. Day before our departure we were told that the unit had scaffolding up and the balcony was boarded up. The rental company had no ideal of the situation and was going to dig in to see how long/what the project was. They did in fact tell us that the project was spackling and paint. They gave us a significant discount. We arrived to find all of the patio furniture in the living room. The boarded up balcony and taped off glass sliding doors was a huge bummer but expected from our 24 hour phone call notice. The next morning we woke to generators and Jack hammers at 7:40. We discovered this was a 5 week project the rental company knew nothing about. The exterminator came to spray which they also knew nothing of. The grill had also been removed from the property. All of the linens smelled of cigarettes even though the unit is smoke free. The entire thing was a huge disappointment. We ended up moving to an entirely different condo two days into our trip. We were refunded the days we did not stay and the cleaning fee and 1/2 of the two days we did stay.

This property was the perfect place for us! Walk straight onto the beach, unobstructed views when you just want to step on the porch. Cozy for 2 that never stay inside. Definitely planning to stay again!

A Slice of Paradise

My husband (40) and I (34) stayed at Endless Summer for the week of Memorial Day weekend. Being roughly ten steps from bed to sand, the property is unique in every way. It was great to be in walking distance from the bustle and seafood delights of Caddy’s and other local amenities while also feeling a serene escape at the cottage. We enjoyed a home cooked meal watching the sunset with our toes in the sand on the wonderful patio furniture provided. The weather reached up to 96 degrees, but we felt cool on the shaded patio with the fan on. The occasional dip into the gulf - just a few steps away - was an absolute highlight. Not having to use a communal elevator/stairwell which is common in many of the condo blocks surrounding the area felt like a luxury. Lots of great grocery and meal delivery options on grub hub if you’re feeling lazy. The space is in good condition and upholds the authenticity of a memorable beach stay. Highly recommended for couples or a small family. We will definitely be booking again! Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Awesome and relaxing!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Cozy, plenty of room for the two us. Plenty of room in kitchen & dining that was separate from the living room. Other places I looked at, basically had kitchenette in the living room. Private yard with walk down onto beach. Was gorgeous to look straight out the three glass paned doors to see the waves, sunsets, sunrise. Comfy bed. Nicely furnished. All kitchen & home utensils provided. Can't really think of anything we needed. We plan on coming back!

Overall ok experience. Beautiful beachfront. Property management was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with and very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would say 4 people in there is a huge stretch. It's very small. The laundry is a bit hard to find (in another building) and awkward since it feels like you are now entering someone else's beachhouse to do your laundry (and the laundry area is very dirty) but it works. I didn't realize through the listing how many people actually have use of the same area as us. Not very private. The people from the building behind us (same property management just different buildings) also have access to the area outside so overall there were 3 families renting in the little house we stayed in and 2 or three families in the house behind us and we all have that little backyard. But overall it was ok for what we were looking for last minute.

Just ok

The best feature of this property is that it is right on the beach. There were chairs and an umbrella for our use. There was nice space between the house and the beach to hang out. Some features are outdated. There was no key pad on the door. You have to go to the office to check in. But, they were very friendly. I didn’t like it that there is no deadbolt on the unit door. Laundry is in another bldg, not in the unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was good and the cottage is right on the beach. It is a small place and I don't think you could have 4 adults staying in it. I think it's great for a couple. The bathroom is also small, especially the shower, but that wasn't a problem for us. The kitchen will fit only one person at a time, but it's stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils. This is a downstairs unit, so you will probably have neighbors upstairs and you'll hear them walking around. The porch needs a little TLC, but it didn't affect our ability to enjoy the property. Hanging out on the back porch and watching the sunset was a highlight of the trip.
