Beautiful home with great hosts.

House was very nice with all the amenities you would need.Lisa and Steve were great hosts who responding quickly to any request. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great place in good location. Close to a beach and restaurants. Hot tub was best for relaxing as sun set.

New years getaway

We loved our stay at this property! Super clean! Sadly there was some hurricane damage in the neighborhood but it still was a great area to vacation.

Great stay!

House was very nice. My family enjoyed the pool, Jacuzzi and the fire pit. Rooms were great and the kitchen was bomb. Would definitely visit again. Thanks!

Nice updated home

Home was very comfortable and nicely updated. Centrally located with lots of golf courses around. Lisa was very good at communication and very accommodating. Had a wonderful stay.

Great place for a 3 generation vacation!

Family friendly home

We chose this property for its central location in the Tampa Bay Area. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a fun week away. The kids loved the pool and there were plenty of floaties for them to play with.

Nice accommodation- Perfect for families

We very much enjoyed our stay at Lisa's and Steve‘s house. Everything was as described and in a high quality. In case something was not ok, we got a very fast response and issues had been fixed. Great stay and very friendly owners!

It was perfect

It was a really nice place, had lots of trees with different fruits growing. The kids enjoyed playing in the pool and at the pool table. It was clean when we got there and it provided everything we needed for our stay.

84th Conference

My friends and I stayed at the property during our conference. The place was extremely clean and beyond expectations. The amenities provided the perfect relief from the daily grind. The rooms were comfortable and provided a great home feel. I would definitely recommend this location.

Spring break vacation

House is very nice, everything is done up very classy. Yard is nice and roomy. We enjoyed the pool , hot tub and game room . Everything you need for a great vacation is here.Hosts were very helpful, check in was a snap. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you Lisa.

Great Stay

House was great! Plenty of room for all 9 of us. The only thing we had a hard time with was the beds and pillows. The beds were very hard and the pillows were not very thick. The kids loved the pool and the beach was nice and close by.

Family Vacation

Family wedding in Sarasota so went here afterwards for family vacation while we had most of us together. Lisa let us check-in early when we arrived in Ruskin so that was convenient. House and yard property were perfect for us; had a fire on a couple of the nights. Not right season for us to use the pool, but the hot tub came in handy! Close to everything that we wanted to do...

Beautiful home!

This home is beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you need. There weren't any beach chairs so I called and within 30 minutes, 4 beach chairs were delivered. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after beach days and full days at Busch Gardens.

Spring Break 2024

The house was clean and had all the amenities. It was a great location to travel to all the beaches in the area. The kids/teens loved the hot tub and the pool table. The house was beautiful and the backyard was a dream. The check in got 4 stars only because the lock box is difficult to use, otherwise everything was great. It was a nice quiet neighborhood close to the store and not too far from activities. The owners were great to work with as well. Overall it was an amazing stay.

Perfect location for us

We planned this trip to be near my mom who winters in the area for Christmas. The whole family was able to be here. The house offered everything we needed for our group. The weather wasn’t great so we were not able to use the pool much. The outside area is great with lots of seating and room for my grandkids. I was having trouble with the hot tub (user error) and the hosts were very quick to respond and answer questions. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great family get a way!

The house was perfect for the eight of us! The kitchen was well laid out and nicely stocked… Even good knives! Coffee and tea was provided. Extra towels and even beach chairs and a wagon were available for a trip to the beach. Nice big couch where we all watched the March madness final together.. the above ground pool had a nice deck and was perfect for the kids. Lots of lounge chairs and outside seating available. The kids loved the playground,sandbox and chasing lizards. There is a nice fire pit, and it was a good location to all the different places we went to.

Family Vacation

Clean, beautiful and everything you need to relax We really did enjoy ourselves. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it was not far from several different beaches/activities. Only reason for the overall rating of a 4 was the beds were very firm (bottom bunk beds where more comfortable for us compared to king bed) and security lighting on 24/7 without blackout curtains in bedrooms (this could be oir error. There might have been a way to turn them off and we just didnt know how/were).

Nice house, lots of rules

The house was beautiful with an obvious remodel however, there were multiple security cameras outside the home that made us feel uncomfortable about our amount of privacy. Upon arriving at the house we found that it was “no pets allowed” and the owner even messaged me because one of the cameras showed my grandmother letting her dog use the bathroom before leaving. However, it is obvious that the owners have an animal in that home, we found multiple cat toys and there is a cat/dog door to the outside. There was a binder upon arriving that stated multiple rules of the house and while many made sense the others were strange and honestly limit their clientele considerably, like the no kids under 4 rule, the no pets, the no swimming after 10, and the no stains on towels rule. All in all a good experience but, in my opinion if you have this many rules maybe, you shouldn’t rent out your home.
