Uptown Gull - Second Floor - Oceanfront Condo

Uptown Gull is a beautifully remodeled ocean-view second-floor condo with a comfortable king bed in the private bedroom and a queen pull-out in the front room, great for putting away during the day. This unit has two bathrooms. This unit has two large flat-screen TVs. This room has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. This unit has access to our heated pool, game room, and laundry facility.

Heads up! A large-scale construction project is kicking off in August 2025 at Surftides Plaza. Expect daytime noise, visible crews, and general disruptions throughout the property. If you're looking for a peaceful daytime retreat, this likely won't be the right fit at this time.

Mini family vacation

We loved our stay. The property was clean, well equipped and easy access to the beach. My kids loved having the ocean view and they gasped right when we walked in. Access to building was very easy and we had no problems. We will definitely be back and will recommend to family and friends.

Beach trip

The place was nice and clean. We could see the ocean from the room. The amenities aren’t the best. The hot tub jets have no pressure and it was dirty but the beach access was great. They have faucets set up around the complex to rinse the sand off.

Thank you for an amazing birthday trip!

Everything was really great! The cabinet doors in the kitchen did not hook, the stove burner covers were the wrong size, the bed was comfortable but lop sided, and the cleaning crew forgot the trash in the trash can. The location was perfect and the view was amazing! Small things but did not deter from an amazing stay.

We loved the location and the view! Having two bathrooms was a bonus. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Check in was easy and smooth.

Pleasant Overall

Staff was friendly and helpful, condos were definitely older. We had our two dogs with us so we got a condo that was pet friendly so the carpet had a couple stains which is understandable. We were happy to find a place that would accommodate our pups. Great view off the back deck. Convenient for visiting the beach. There are some steep stairs to get down there so keep that in mind if stairs are an issue. No elevator at the condo as well so if you are on an upper level you need to take the stairs. We personally didn’t mind. The main issue we had was the very thin walls. And our upstairs neighbors didn’t seem to sleep. Our first night we were up till after 1am listening to them walk around. We could hear people talking through the walls which our dogs did not appreciate. Took them till the last night to get use to it and to stop barking at what sounded like strangers in our condo. So we did not get great sleep. Something we didn’t really think about when we decided to rent a condo unfortunately. I believe if you have the right neighbors it wouldn’t be an issue.

Plenty of space

This space had mostly everything you need and even some things we wouldnt have thought of. It was great for our dog and kids. We were missing out on the grill that was pictured that we thought would be there, and dog toys. The carpet was a little rough on my allergies, but thats my risk to take when getting a dog friendly place. Would recommend this place.

The condo was beautiful

The condo was beautiful and everything that we could have needed was provided including a bed for our dog. The view was incredible and this was one of the best experiences that my daughter and I have had on the coast.

We had a great stay. The condo was in great condition and well equipped and maintained. I'd go back again for sure. The only drawback is that there's no elevator. This could be a problem for some.

Enjoyed our stay

Had to make a service call for hot water, but otherwise had a very quiet enjoyable stay. Seems the units surrounding ours were likely empty almost the entire time we were there - someone arrived the night before we left with multiple littles and we could hear quite a bit of noise from them. This is an older building with thin walls. Wasn't an issue for one night but we are noise sensitive and wouldn't have chosen a middle floor unit in an older building if we had known - we thought this was a top floor unit. We were unsure of where to take our dog for potties so made an effort to take her off property for that.

Kimberly contacted me before we arrived with all the information I needed. Her communication and fast response was excellent! The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The condo was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The view of the ocean was amazing and you could hear the ocean roar! I would definitely recommend this lovely condo!

Kimberly was easy to communicate with a fast response.Check in was so easy as well as check out. Condo was wonderful full stocked, clean and had a awesome view of the ocean.We celebrated our 6th year Anniversary in Lincoln city and brought our fur baby. There was a basket with towels, sheet and frisbee.I would definitely go back. Highly recommend it. Sandi

Lovely beach condo

We were quite pleased with this condo. The decor was beautiful and all coordinated--paintings, dishes and bedroom decor all created a lovely beach feel. Kitchen was very well stocked. I would definitely stay again! The carpet did have many stains probably because it's a pet friendly unit but the condo was very clean.

Location good

Great location. Pretty decorations. That’s where is ends. Cameras all over the property including pointed directly at the pool and hot tub. No return calls when we couldn’t get in the unit or when there was no parking when we arrived. Not even the next day. The door handle was loose on the front door, no lock on slider, or bedrooms windows. Super insecure. Looked clean but we had to change the duvet cover because there was blood on it and it didn’t look like an old stain. Also feces on the wall by the toilet paper dispenser in one bathroom. No dispenser in the other bathroom where the toilet was majorly leaning to one side and barely flushed. Needs general upkeep and a better cleaning crew. If I knew this maintenance issues were rectified I would give this place 4 stars.
