I usually stay in Cannon Beach, but I really enjoyed Lincoln City. The city itself has so much to offer, with many great restaurants and shopping. The condo has everything you would need to cook meals, relax in front of the fireplace or TV. I also loved the saltwater pool and hot tub, very relaxing after a long walk on the beach.
Property was clean and comfortable with beautiful ocean views and easy beach access. Property is a little older so walls are thin some unwanted noise but not much. Overall great value.
Walked in all was nice and clean, comfy place liked the beach decor and loved the dog painting. It had all we needed to cook , plenty of bath towels would definitely return and stay here. Glad we opted for a condo and not just a room felt more like a home.
Nice, cozy pet friendly place to stay on the coast.
Was only disappointed that the hot tub was cold maybe in the 80's, but not the property owners fault
Ocean view was amazing!!!
Loved sitting on the deck watching and listening to the ocean. Enjoyed the ambiance from the fireplace. Had easy access to the beach. Was able to bring our fur baby.
The view of the ocean and access to the beach was the best part of our relaxing stay. Unfortunately the main bed in the unit was not a queen size as listed but yet a full. We opted to sleep on the pull out in the living room the second night for a little more space. Additionally, the only light in the kitchen was not functioning despite replacing all three bulbs, must be an electrical issue, this made using and cooking in the kitchen challenging. The noise from the noted thin walls was certainly evident but most other guests maintained and respected the quiet time hours but you can hear everyone walking outside, upstairs, and downstairs. Having two bathrooms was nice, despite the unit being dated and the furnishing being older it was still a decent place to stay for a long weekend out of the city and because of the view and access to town we would stay here again. We did get a credit card discount and wouldn't have paid full price for this stay.
TV in bedroom uses only a DVD player. If it was a smart TV or had a Roku type device it could access the wireless router in the living room for programing content.
We have stayed at this property a few times prior to the remodel. I was really excited about our stay. The view is so beautiful and itâs a very short walk to the beach.
When we arrived yesterday morning, our condo was so incredibly hot. All of the thermostats were set at 80 degrees. We opened the sliding door and bedroom window. We had fans going to try and bring in the cooler air. We were literally sweating.
Finally, we got it cooled down and it would stay that way as long as the door and window were open. Once evening hit⊠we had to go to bed and shut everything down. I am not sure but if other condos below us or to the side of us were also set to 80 and unoccupied, it was causing us to heat up. I had our heat turned off and when I got up at 4am burning hot, coughing because it was so dry, the thermostat read 80.
We are all still coughing. We woke up feeling sick.
The tv in the bedroom isnât even hooked up so it doesnât work and the tub in the bath attached to the bedroom doesnât work.
There were dirty rags left in the bathtub of the bathroom attached to the bedroom.
The instructions in the book say that the bedding for the hide a bed couch is in the tv stand. The tv stand is a shelf thereâs no bedding. I would recommend updating the instructions. :)
Iâm not sure what happened this trip, itâs very disappointing but normally thatâs not the case.
