Relax with a little lake time and make some memories at this unique large family friendly lake house at Lake Texoma @ Sanders Island View community outside Kingston, OK with sandy beaches & shared boat dock/ramp just blocks away.

Surrounded by trees and nature, this community is perfect for a weekend fishing trip, fun in the sun boating, swimming & floating vacation get-a-way with family and friends.

Large front and back year with plenty of room for parking your trucks, boats and lake toys.

Come and enjoy the large backyard with ample outdoor space to enjoy the outdoors or play the yard games provided. There is a fire pit with a starter supply of wood (available unless there is a county or state burn ban in place). The patios and other outdoor spaces are lighted to enjoy your outdoor time when you are ready to chill after enjoying a day on the water - boating, fishing, floating, swimming, hiking or riding the local trails.

This is a "unique" house all on one level (so no stairs to worry about), with a large open concept common area. The recently remodeled open kitchen with granite countertops stainless appliances, toaster, mixer, cooking utensils, bakeware, dishes and many other items are stocked for your convenience. There is an eat-in bar and large dining area.

If you enjoy coffee, there is a coffee bar with a Keurig K-Duo drip and K-cup machine along with a supply of ground coffee, a variety of K-cups flavors, tea, sugar, sweetener and creamer provided.

The house has 2 back-to-back bathrooms that have been recently remodeled, one with large walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower combo. Essentials are provided: Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

There are 3 bedrooms and a bonus bedroom:

Bonus Room - 2 Twin Beds
Total of 6 beds + an additional roll away single bed is also available if needed.

Not that you'll want to stay inside, but just in case, there is free internet with Wi-Fi and a 55" Ruko TV with capability for you to log-in to your own favorite streaming service (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime).

Plenty of games to play: We have board games &/or cards to keep you entertained. The garage flex areas are set up as game rooms, including a foosball table and indoor Air hockey table. There is also a corn-hole game and a ladder toss game to play in the garage game room areas or outside.

Lake Texoma is known for great fishing. You can fish on your own or with a professional guide we can recommend for a guided fishing outing.

Family Getaway

Great location. House was equipped with everything you could possibly need for a few days with family. The thoughtfulness of the owner was evident from the fire pit, to the bag of ice in the freezer, to the KCups, and hygiene items stored in the bathroom. The layout requires you to pass through one bedroom to get to the other or to use the outside doors but very pleasant neighborhood, easy access to the property and plenty of space. Owners were very responsive and great to work with in the planning process.

This house was great for our family! The kids loved the game room and outdoor space! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and the house was very clean! Location is great just a short walk to the water!

We are both native Oklahomans that lived in Dallas for many years before moving back in 2019 to Oklahoma where we plan to retire. After looking around at many areas surrounding Lake Texoma, we quickly fell in love with this area and settled in the great community of Sanders Island View outside of Kingston, OK. We love the area, the people and the lake.
We had an opportunity to purchase another house in 2021 a few blocks away from our own home and after nearly a year of working on the home remodel (top to bottom) we decided instead of flipping the house, we would try short term rental. Which makes it great living only blocks away from Waters House, in case our guests might need to reach out for any reason during their stay.
We have been blessed so far meet some great people and look forward to meeting more folks and spending time at Sanders Island View and enjoying Lake Texoma!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Everyone that sees or stays in the house has told us that they love it and that the pictures just do not do it justice.......we think that as well!
Great area in the middle of the community and only a few blocks from the sandy beaches of Lake Texoma and the boat ramp. Not far from Waters House is golfing and casinos, among other things.
People come to visit and spend time at or on the lake with family and friends, with water sports and fishing, wither on their own or with one of the professional guides here at Lake Texoma. Winter fishing is a great sport as well as summer!
Once you've spent some time here, you will want to come back and stay even longer next time!
