Cozy Home Near Stadium and Arena w/ fenced yard

Our home is located in a great neighborhood with an excellent location. It's close to the Raymon James Stadium, Tampa Zoo, Amalie Arena, and many fun activities! The house has all the amenities you need to have a great day, including a large fully fenced backyard just for you and your loved ones! Whether you choose to go out and spend your days on the town or stay in your cozy home, you're sure to have a great time!

Bedrooms:
All three bedrooms have queen size beds equipped with soft lines and extra pillows. Each room has plenty of closet space for your belongings. All the bedrooms have windows beside the bed that makes it perfect to wake up to a ray of gentle sunshine or to close the curtains and sleep in until noon. The larger room has a Smart flat-screen TV where you can login to any streaming service.

Bathrooms:
Each bathroom is a full bathroom with a toilet, shower, sink, and mirror. Toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash will be provided during your stay for your convenience.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped for any meals you choose to stay in for. Take advantage of the fridge and freezer, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, full dining sets, dishwasher for easy cleanup and a coffee machine.

Livingroom:
The living room is a great place to relax after a fun day of exploring. Kick back on the sofa and take a well-deserved nap, or put your favorite show or movie on the flat-screen TV. It is a SmartTV so you can log into any streaming service to watch your favorite shows and movies.

Outside:
The backyard is always a guest favorite. Enjoy the fully fenced backyard equipped with outdoor furniture to relax on and spend the day outside! Pets are always welcomed for a small fee.

There is plenty parking spaces in the driveway for free.

Perfect house and great location

I think this listing is fairly new and the house was perfect for us (5 adults). The house was super clean and gorgeous. Nice neighborhood and centrally located. We went to Orlando one day and the drive was good but it was nice to not have to stay in Orlando. Would definitely rent again. Timely response from the owner.

Perfect size for our needs

We needed a place to stay for one night before our cruise. We had 6 adults (2 couples and 2 adult sisters). The space was perfect, the beds and pillows were comfy. The house was very clean and the listing was as promised. We asked to check in about 90 minutes early and the host readily accommodated us. Check in/out was super simple. Very happy with our stay.. thank you!

After marriage spot

This house was perfect for the family. Everything was clean and modern. Nice and cool upon entry. House smelled clean which was a good thing. All amenities were there. Beds were very comfortable. Only thing was were vacuumed up ants and they were back the next day.

Property as advertised.

Very nice, clean property. Initially we had some issues with the smoke alarms going off when we cooked in the kitchen, but we eventually figured out to turn on the whole house fan and ceiling fans beforehand. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. I’d suggest an outdoor grille.

Disappointing to say the least...

Upon arrival, the instructions for check-in were inaccurate so we texted the host who provided the right code and instructions to enter. Upon entry, we found that the front door would not stay shut unless locked and when we left the house for the first time, could not lock the door as the instructions were not accurate AND the latch bolt was getting stuck inside the striker plate. We immediately contacted the host to have this addressed as at any time during our visit we could have been locked out. This was not addressed during our stay. Once inside, we noticed several electrical outlets falling out of the walls, the smoke detector hanging from the ceiling, the front porch had damaged slats and the ceilings in the bathrooms were peeling due to increased moisture. Also, there were broken cabinet doors, dirt in the couch cushions, hair on the bathroom floor and food on the oven racks. Needless to say, we did not use the oven and wrapped any pan used with aluminum foil as they were also dirty/worn and sticky. Very disappointing, especially since we paid a high host fee and cleaning fee for a home that was not cleaned appropriately.

Amazing house with a wonderful host

The house was very homey and clean and aesthetically pleasing. It’s definitely a nice place to enjoy a little getaway with loved one(s). The host had great communication and was very helpful when we had any questions. Would definitely recommend this property !

Busch Gardens/Football Game

The house is adorable ver open and airy. The location was in a good location not far from Busch Gardens or the football stadium. The neighborhood is quiet, the backyard was large they had a nice sitting area but the ground was too soft the chairs sunk. I definitely rent again. Amanda was very prompt answering any questions.
