This adorable 3/2 Single Family Home in South Tampa is the perfect nest for any Family vacation! Extremely centrally located. This home comfortably sleeps 10 people and has a large backyard for entertaining guests. Backyard comes equipped with a swing set and playground for the kids. As well as games for the whole group to play. Washer and Dryer inside of unit. Designated driveway parking. Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Just bring your clothes and your toothbrush/toothpaste!

Note: For safety and security, surveillance cameras are located in the buildingâs hallways and monitor and record activity 24/7.
PETS:
Weâre happy to welcome your furry friends! Pets must be registered at the time of booking and included as part of the guest count on Airbnb. There is a fee of $25 per pet, per day.
Please note, if a pet is found on the property without prior registration, your reservation will be canceled, you will be asked to leave immediately, and a $500 fine will be imposed by Airbnb.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are strictly enforced in the building from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time.
OTHER HOUSE RULES:
â No more than 10 guests are allowed in the home at any time
â No parties or events permitted â violations will result in a $1,000 fine, immediate cancellation, and eviction
â No smoking or use of illicit drugs inside the unit
