Disappointing Experience/Horrible First Impression
My Coworkers and I recently had the unfortunate experience of renting a home through Vacasa, and I regret to say that our stay fell far short of expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the property had not been properly maintained, and our overall experience was marred by uncleanliness, subpar customer service, and malfunctioning appliances.
Upon our arrival at the rental home, our first impression was immediately soured by the sight of a used condom in the driveway as we walked up to the property. This blatant disregard for cleanliness set the tone for the rest of our stay and left us feeling deeply uncomfortable and disappointed.
Upon entering the home, it became apparent that the cleanliness issues extended beyond the exterior. The interior of the property was poorly cleaned, with visible dirt, dust, and grime in various areas. It was clear that the property had not been adequately cleaned or prepared for our arrival.
In addition to the cleanliness issues, we also encountered problems with the appliances and amenities provided in the rental home.
Overall, our experience renting through Vacasa was deeply disappointing and fell well below the standard of service we expected. The combination of uncleanliness, malfunctioning appliances, and poor customer service made for an unpleasant and uncomfortable stay. We sincerely hope that Vacasa takes our feedback seriously and implements necessary improvements to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues.
