Maison récemment rénovée, alliant les meilleures caractéristiques du design du milieu du siècle, avec beaucoup d'art contemporain et d'accents. Tous les nouveaux appareils, bains et meubles.
Faites une pause dans la rare piscine de 10 pieds de profondeur. Profitez de la vue sur la montagne San Jacinto depuis la cour ou la douche extérieure. Excellent divertissement avec le plan d'étage ouvert. La cuisine comprend de nouveaux appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, un îlot central et beaucoup de charme.

La maison présente de l'art contemporain, une décoration et des commodités minimales mais confortables, de grandes fenêtres, un quartier calme - tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour laisser vos soucis derrière vous.

3 chambres - 2 avec lits queen, une avec 2 lits jumeaux, offrent des couchages flexibles et de l'intimité. Deux salles de bains avec douches et baignoires, plus une douche extérieure signifient beaucoup d'options pour les invités.

La vie en plein air à son meilleur. Grande piscine et spa en cascade, grande cour arrière, terrasse couverte avec table à manger et ventilateur de plafond offre un autre excellent choix pour une vie intérieure / extérieure agréable.

Mid-century magic

We had such a lovely stay, everything was perfect, the space works so well and was equipped with everything we needed. The heated pool was such a highlight and the location worked really well.

This is a great house for the two of us. Excellent pool/spa. Well stocked kitchen and a convenient location to downtown. We've stayed here twice when we visit for the tennis tournament, and we will rent this house again.

Great location

The house was in a great location. We loved the pool and hot tub. The house in general is a bit tired. Bathrooms are adequate but not fantastic. Furniture feels a bit worn.

Pool and hot tub

Pool and hot tub were the highlight. Outside area, grass and patio were nice. Location was convenient. There were 6 of us and we had enough space.

Perfect spot

This house has a nice feeling - a sort of simple, honest unfussy and yet loved little place. It was perfect for us, with a great pool and hottub that we used every day, and comfy straightforward spaces, easy to live in, easy to straighten up, relaxing. We loved all the interesting colorful artwork, brought in from an art center that sells work by disabled artists. We went out for great hiking and eating mostly but did cook in one night and found the kitchen well-equipped. The owners were very quick to respond and positive in tone. All in all, highly recommended. We would happily return!

Good place with a great pool/spa

My family and I enjoyed our week in this PS home. It was cozy and comfortable, and has a fantastic pool/spa. The only, fairly important flaws were that the water pressure was very weak (pipes need to be flushed clean), and the showers don't have sufficient glass/curtains to ensure water doesn't spray outside the basins (this made showering tricky). Though overall, we still had a good stay.

Fun MCM Authentic

This place was really cool because it's a true, vintage MCM home. Not posh and remodeled to perfection -but moderately upgraded to reflect the patinaed authenticity. It's sparsely furnished with cool vintage finds. The collection of original art is totally awesome with a common thread connecting the artists and a printed description of each in the Welcome Book. The interior and exterior furnishings were worn yet comfortable and the mattresses were great! My only concern was that there was not enough lighting imho. The house being vintage, I realize the opportunity for lighting fixtures is restricted -but the choices for some of the lights were just not good, especially the exterior and in particular the carport and front entry of the house where we struggled.

Fantastic all around!

We had an amazing experience staying at this property. Sherri was so kind and thoughtful. From helping with renting to installing child alerts on the doors she went ABOVE AND BEYOND! The house had everything (and more) that we needed and was extremely clean. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood and close to everything. We loved the pool and spent many hours playing in it. Thank you again Sherri for all that you did for us. We would love to come back again.

Quintessential Palm Springs Home

The property was absolutely amazing inside and out. The property managers were extremely helpful and responsive. If you're looking for a place to enjoy beautiful views and landscaping while lounging by the pool, this is a perfect choice.

January Vacation

This ia a beautiful mid century modern house. Well stocked with anything you could need—including iron, ironing board, clothes steamer, plenty of kitchen towels, extra bath and beach towels, lamps. Great location. Very quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views, spa and pool. We loved everything about the house and our stay in Palm Springs! Fabulous.

Just as pictured

We have stayed in the Racquet Club area many times in the past 10 years. This is a quiet area and has many options for just walking around the neighborhood. The 'atmospheric river' occurred while we were there, so we didn't have a chance to use the pool. The spa was used once and it was very nice under the stars. The house has a standard floor plan and the kitchen was well stocked. The manager Sherri was very responsive when we had a question. Thanks Sherri !

Fantastic Palm Springs house

Fantastic holiday home in the heart of Palm Springs. Light and spacious classic mid century modern home with all amenities. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows too. The beautiful pool and orange diving board were an absolute highlight. Would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommend!
