Great location, awesome pool and hot tub, and spacious house for the four of us on a girls’ trip. It was a short drive to downtown and many hikes in the area. We also drove to Joshua Tree for a hike. Enjoyed home very much! Perfect for us!

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We experienced a major plumbing issue that caused one of the bathrooms to flood and then black water to back up into the other bathrooms. The emergency plumber advised us to stay away from them until someone came and cleaned. The hosts said they were going to send someone at 4pm to clean the next day but I asked them to have someone come sooner like 10am because we were down to 1 bathroom for the night. The hallway bathroom shower remained unusable for the rest of our stay. With 7 guests, this was a major inconvenience, especially since it happened around 9 p.m. and wasn’t resolved until 11:30 p.m. Not to mention, even though the plumbers fixed the back up, the master shower is still clogged so we were very cautious while showering and one person had to shower at a time so we didn’t cause any backups. Not only that but some of the towels given to us had yellow stained on them and the house wasn’t the cleanest. Additionally, the landscapers left the pool dirty after mowing and cleaning while we were at the house - that limited our ability to enjoy the outdoor space. While we appreciated the host’s initial responsiveness and gave us 2 hour early check in and late check out - they denied our request for a partial refund despite the significant impact these issues had on our stay. The lack of a fair resolution has made this frustrating….

We had a minor plumbing issue in 1 of the 3 bathrooms for a few hours one evening out of a long stay. Erika call us on a Friday evening at 9 PM and we had someone there within 30 minutes and had it completely taken care of within an hour. We always do our best to make every guest happy, we brought in a cleaner to completely re-clean the home even though it was just a shower back up and there was no black water. Erica‘s total inconvenience time was less than two hours on one bathroom out of three. Erica asked for a 50% refund of her stay for the inconvenience which VRBO declined and she’s now taking out her frustration on us. The pool and yard are professionally cleaned three times a week. We never heard anything from Erica about the pool, yard, or anything other than the plumbing issue during her entire day, in fact when she called us about the plumbing issue she said she loved the house and rverything else was perfect. We wish Erica and her family the best as we do every guest - we love all of our guests and do everything we can to accommodate them, when something out of the blue happened, we responded immediately and fixed it super promptly.

The home was comfortable and easy to stay in with everything we needed at our finger tips. Our hosts were communicative and easy to reach. We had a great time relaxing in the pool and hot tub and enjoying the California sunshine!

Second time back just as great.

This was our second spring break here and it was another wonderful stay. The pool is amazing for kids they lived in it. The house is great for two families and the beds are comfortable. We will be back next year!

The house is clean and has everything you need. The two master bedrooms gave us nice privacy. The location is great for getting around palm springs. There is occasional outside noise from the airport nearby and the road that may bother people who are sensitive. It typically is not heard after 10 pm but one night we did hear a jet at 3 am. Overall it is a very nice house that is quite comfortable and the hosts are extremely helpful and responsive.

Great Family Vacation

The property is set up perfectly to host multiple families, including young children. We loved the convenience if having our own kitchen and laundry and the house was well stocked with everything you need. The backyard is an oasis! We used the pool and hot tub multiple times a day! Would definitely return for another stay.

Wonderful!!

An absolutely perfect place for adults and especially children. Our 3 little granddaughters spent their days thoroughly enjoying the pool, hot tub, floaties, bikes, toys and more!! The beds were very comfortable and there was an abundance of towels and kitchen supplies. Great location too!! We’ll be back!

Perfect for a Palm Springs weekend!

Shamir was a great host and his place was clean and comfortable. The rooms larger than other Palm Springs rentals we stayed at. The master was amazing and had very comfortable bed. The backyard had privacy hedges and a great set up for a relaxing time. Highly recommend!
