Located in the heart of Annapolis' historic district sits this one bedroom, 1.5 bath cozy apartment. A mere stone's throw from the Naval Academy Gate 1, this apartment boasts hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and washer & dryer. Location is everything! This apartment is an approximate 5-minute walk to downtown restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, as well as a short drive to public beaches. Parking permit for street parking is included in your stay. This home can accommodate 4 guests max, with a Queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper in the common area. Be our guest, "Where Hospitality Meets Your Highest Expectation".
The location of this apartment can't be beat. It's right next door to the Naval Academy and an easy walk to the shops on Main St. or the harbor. The house was very clean, and the host graciously provided a few snacks, coffee, bottled water, and basic toiletries. The host answered any questions we had immediately. We most certainly would stay here again.
My husband and I stayed here with our two kids for his reunion weekend and it did not disappoint. The apartment is conveniently located right outside of Gate 1 and so close to the all of the downtown offerings. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
All the good things to say, even though it was cold and rainy, these are 4 unit townhomes. The two end units have the master bedrooms right next to each other and paper thin walls. Jimmy Buffet was on the playlist for about 6 hours before he was kind enough to shut it off at 3 am. for
Unless the Superintendent lets you stay with her, I can't think of a better place to be for I-Day.
We needed a place to stay around I-Day. We found this place and booked it. We were concerned about it only having 1 room. If you have a small party, that isn't a concern. We brought 3 of us and we were fine. He was able to sleep on the pullout and we took the room. We stayed for a few more nights, but it was only us after that. The apartment is actually very roomy. It is a long apartment, comfortably decorated, and modernly renovated. We were close to Gate 1 of the USNA. This was important because we wanted him to get a good night's rest and not worry about driving or parking the next morning. We couldn't have had a better spot. We had no issues with getting to the Academy. We were also able to go back and forth easily throughout the day. It was almost like we were staying on the yard.I read that the people above the rental let their kids run all about. I also read that a DJ plays his music at weird hours. We did hear the kid/s running about, but not during weird hours. It was during regular hours and at night we had no issues. I met these neighbors one night. We ended up talking to them for a couple of hours. They were amazing. Extremely nice. Turns out the father was a USNA grad and worked at the Academy. They have 3 kids and the oldest was polite and well mannered. They're simply raising 3 kids in a small apartment while he serves our country. It's also not their fault; the walls are paper thin.Never heard DJ Guy.Five Stars would stay again.
We had a blast staying at this property! Steps from the Academy and steps from Annapolis, we enjoyed getting acquainted with the area from getting coffee and eating oysters to trekking around the campus. Great fun and fab place!!
Great location for visiting the USNA! Took a lot of the stress out of induction day with its proximity, comfort and cleanliness. The front porch is an awesome extra space.
Our 2nd stay at this property. Steps away from the Naval Academy and City Dock. You won't find a better location. Property was clean and well maintained. Parking pass is a huge benefit with stay. We had a slight issue with a parking ticket, and the management company handled it immediately. This unit is professionally managed and they are great with communication. Would recommend staying here for anyone looking for a first class stay.
Location and access to Annapolis dock area and Naval Academy is awesome; though you will hear vehicle and pedestrian traffic, as well as the neighbors in the building. So glad we asked for a parking permit, but even with it, parking was always challenging. Accommodations were clean and hosts provided lots of little things that a guest might need or want. The living room area lacked comfortable seating; a comfortable easy chair would have been welcomed after being out and about. If location is your priority, this property delivers.
Pros:
Great location downtown.
Nicely furnished and decorated.
Kitchen and bathroom well-stocked.
Responded quickly to needed repairs.
Cons:
Three young, noisy boys in upstairs apartment.
A permit for "District 1" (downtown) parking was promised in the listing. When we arrived, we were told the permit wasn't available, which meant I had to pay for parking, move the car every two hours, or park in a garage half a mile away without in-and-out privileges. I complained for two or three days and then somehow, they were able to get a permit. With a parking permit, I recommend this apartment. Without one, I don't.
Our stay at this rental was a delight from the moment we walked in. It is very nicely appointed which is welcoming to the visitor immediately. It is longer rather than wider but for just the two of us was never an issue and it is actually quite spacious. We also noticed that the place was super clean. A bowl of goodies was left out for us and having been up since 4am and it was already mid afternoon this was a welcome surprise. The great thing is⊠the proximity to downtown Annapolis. Itâs truly just a few steps away! It was a fantastic long weekend! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

10/10 for Excellent location, 10/10 for lovely apartment and 10/10 for responsive hosts and extra effort for nice touches.
Situated right next door to the entrance of the Naval Academy and about a minutes walk to Market House and the start of the restaurants and pubs. The apartment was clean and well stocked with modern appliances etc. Much better than a hotel room with plenty of space and everything you need for a stay away from home. The only negative is the noise from the neighbours. A Lovely family lives upstairs but you can hear the youngsters playing and moving about. They do go to bed early and theyâre at school during the day so itâs manageable. Plus there is plenty to do in Annapolis so youâre not always in the apt. I would recommend noise reduction earplugs to use if you need them.
The hosts are very responsive and happy to oblige as much as possible.
Overall, out stay in Annapolis was pleasant.
The positive aspects of the aparment were its location (close by the city dock, restaurants, Naval Academy), the provision of a resident parking permit that allowed us to street park right in front of the house most of the time, and the access to the apartment was easy and the host was very responsive to questions.
The apartment itself was o.k. The premises were clearn, the show fine. The appliances were very good quality. b The decor was a bit ticky-tacky ("Just Live" signs etc.) for us, the bed was very soft with uncomfortable pillows, if you are used to a harder matress and softer pillows it's problematic. The bedroom offered only one beside lamp that was difficult to read by.
The biggest downside to the property is that it totally lacks sound proofing to the other two apartments in the building. The folks upstairs have two pre-school age children who run back and forth, which was actually not annoying as they went bed early but the neighbor in the ground floor held very loud, angry and sometimes profane phone calls at night and regaled us with music in the evening and in the a.m. I realize these items are somewhat out of the hosts control but a future guest should be aware.
Wonderful location and well-appointed 5-star plus apartment. Liked it so much, I would consider moving to Annapolis. The atmosphere is great, safe, and welcoming.
