Idéalement situé au cœur des quartiers historiques et artistiques d'Annapolis. Maison individuelle entièrement mise à jour avec un charme historique et un porche accueillant. Récemment rénové pour inclure des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. La cour arrière fermée offre la possibilité de créer un bel espace calme à notre porte arrière. Un endroit parfait pour profiter de la semaine de mise en service, des salons nautiques et d'autres festivals dans la ville historique d'Annapolis.
Plan d'étage bien conçu et ouvert pour inclure un salon (avec canapé-lit queen), 1/2 salle de bain et cuisine dans le premier étage et 2 chambres et une salle de bain complète à l'étage.
La propriété est équipée d'une caméra d'enregistrement vidéo à l'extérieur de la maison. Il y a 2 caméras situées sur le porche avant et l'arrière-cour.

Wonderful small home in great neighborhood

Great little house easy to walk to West St, Main St & the Yard (USNA). Has parking included which is nice. Great communication we owner. Will stay again.

The house was clean and all amenities were provided. It was also very walkable to many restuarants and the dock street location in town. Would highly recomment this house for your next stay

Perfect Annapolis house

We loved the location and the quaintness of the house. We felt like we were really 'in' Historic Annapolis. It was so easy to walk to everything. My daughter wakes early so she walked to the cove close by and watched the morning birds. Annapolis is beautiful in spring. We even joined up with a small Hands Off Annapolis protest in front of capitol building. We met some very nice people. A experience overall.

Excellent Annapolis Location

This property is well located and provides a parking space in a nearby public lot. Lovely, well-kept home. Older folks should be aware that steps are required for entrance and to get to the bedrooms. In addition, there is a step up to the kitchen that could be a trip hazard, although it is marked. The layout overall worked well for us (two unrelated older adults).

House was very convenient to walk around Annapolis shopping and restaurants. Full kitchen with all cooking utensils needed & some spices. Coffee pot / single cup maker and coffee provided. Fridge with filtered water.

Perfect location for an Annapolis weekend

My family of 4 (two adults, two teens) spent a night at this property and it was perfect. The location is walkable to everything, house was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Communication with the hosts was some of the most responsive I've ever had. And the parking spot down the street was a godsend. Couldn't recommend enough!

Tidy, well appointed, and convenient

A great place to stay with 4 people. A short walk to downtown, and USNA is walkable. Property was well appointed and everything works nicely. Very appropriately priced as well.

Perfect Home for our Vacation

We stayed for one week and the home was perfect for our first visit to Annapolis. The location made it easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. We took day trips to Washington, DC, and to Baltimore as well. I loved sitting in the nearby cove reading my book and seeing families and people walking their dogs. The house was comfortable with plenty of room for us. The provided spot at the parking lot nearby was really useful.

A really nice place to stay

Excellent location, walkable to the best places but away from the confusion. Great parking access which is a big deal in Annapolis. Lovely, clean, simple home that covers all one’s needs for a nice visit to Annapolis. Look forward to visiting again and hope it is available.

Great Location

A's by the Cove is quiet and perfectly quaint. Everything is in walking distance from the water to the arts district. Great restaurants, shopping and entertainment! We walked to see a show at Rams head Tavern and had a great time!

Felt like home

We were very comfortable at A's By the Cove and really enjoyed being able to step out for a walk or a meal, assisted by the hosts' great recommendations. A no-stress mini break while getting our kid settled at college.

Perfect Location

Peacefulness and proximity capture the essence of this location. Off the main streets to create a peaceful and quiet environment, yet so close that I walked EVERYWHERE! Two blocks to the serene Acton Cove, where I could enjoy morning coffee and relax after a day of sightseeing. Mere blocks to Main Street and Ego Alley, which is loaded with restaurants and shops and boats. And just a couple blocks beyond that will take you to the Naval Academy. The Art District is also full of food and shops and is not too far either. The home itself is comfortable and clean. I loved the keyless entry! I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever return to Annapolis.

Great location! Perfect for family with small kids.

We are so happy we stayed here! We were in Annapolis for 8 days with our two small kids (ages 3 and 5), and this was the perfect spot. They had a pack n play and toys/games for the kids which was awesome. I loved having a washer/ dryer especially with kids. The parking is steps away which was super helpful. The little park nearby was such a wonderful gift, we were there every night. I also appreciated the book of info the hosts left with local recommendations.. we loved checking the restaurants off the list! Thanks again for a great first trip to MD.

Great place to stay in Annapolis

We stayed in this house for a week while visiting our son at USNA. It is in a great location close to coffee shops and restaurants. It is easily walkable to all main shopping and dining areas, USNA and the waterfront. Owners were extremely responsive throughout the process. We had no problems getting into the house at check-in. The house was in great condition and very clean. There is a desk setup for anyone to work out of and my husband took advantage of that setup to work out of all week. The house was in a safe area as well. Great house overall and highly recommend it to others who stay in Annapolis.

One of their favorite things to do is spending time by Acton Cove with their 2 young daughters. We decided to start our journey as hosts with A's by the Cove. They look forward to sharing their home for others to enjoy this beautiful and historic city.

Very quaint historic home 5 min to all main attraction of Annapolis. Art district, Main Avenue, City Dock, US Naval Academy, State House. In a very quiet street with a small cozy backyard. You will love this home!
